Location

It is difficult to say unequivocally how convenient a place is chosen for the new housing complex "Sacramento". Balashikha is the nearest large city in the Moscow region. The managers of the builder assure that to its center no more than 5 km, but the maps show approximately 8 km from the extreme house "Sacramento" to the building of the city administration. Near the LCD passes Gorkovskoe highway, passing in the highway Enthusiasts. On it to the Moscow Ring Road a little over 13 km. For everyone working in Moscow, this could be a big plus, if it were not for permanent traffic jams, because of which during peak hours on the road to the capital or to metro stations it is necessary to spend more than an hour. The problem is that, according to the residents of the Sacramento, who have already settled in their apartments, during peak hours, all the buses are crowded, and taking into account the traffic jams they get to the metro for more than an hour. Approximately the same situation with a trip to Moscow by train from Balashov. To get to the railway station. Platforms, residents of the new LCD need to spend at least 30-40 minutes.

Ecology

This is one of the advantages of the Sacramento complex. Balashikha, from an ecological point of view, is considered a relatively prosperous city, built in the environment of forests and lakes. Perhaps the only shortcoming for prosperity in the Sacramento is the nearby military training ground. Military exercises are very often held here, and shooting from guns and helicopter flights are arranged even on weekends.

All of them are erected on individual projects, and each has some special feature. Infrastructure

This issue is one of the most painful for homeowners in LCD "Sacramento". The infrastructure here is still very weak. In the general layout of the former developer Morton was the construction of a kindergarten, a school, shops, household services, a polyclinic, a children's dairy kitchen, and even a restaurant and cafes in this neighborhood. At the moment, almost nothing is built from the listed objects. In the immediate vicinity of the complex there are one night shop with high prices for all goods, a supermarket "Dachnik" with goods for the garden and a shop "Miratorg" with a small assortment. Famed Muscovites Pyaterochka is 2 km in the village "Green", and the supermarket "Magnet" - in the neighborhood "New Beerovo", also located from the LCD "Sacramento" in 2 km. Of course, many supermarkets and shops with different categories of goods are in Balashikha. To go to them you need either by car, or 6-8 stops by bus. But for car enthusiasts at the exit of the complex right next to the bus stop there are two auto parts and auto-enamels shops, a car wash, tire fitting, service stations, several gas stations.

For children in "Sacramento" so far only children's playgrounds and a kindergarten "Chippolino" are built, to which from the farthest street Bereznjakova about 700 meters. An ambiguous situation arose with the school. Originally she was on the general plan. Subsequently, in its place appeared apartment building. According to the statements of the representatives of Morton, the school was removed, because construction standards for the construction of such social facilities were changed. The new developer "PIC" assures the inhabitants of the LCD "Sacramento" that the school will definitely be, but not in the microdistrict, but next to it, at a distance of about 1500 meters from the outermost house. It is there that the land meets all the requirements of construction. The timing of its erection has not yet been determined, but it is being agreed with the administration of Balashikha. While for children from "Sacramento" a special bus is allocated, on which they are transported to the school of the village "Severny". There is also a stadium and a swimming pool. The nearest polyclinics are now in Balashikha. Getting to them is very inconvenient, but the builder and the city administration assure that they will build their own medical institution in the new complex.

Plans

Each apartment in LCD "Sacramento" has a standard layout, inherent in panel construction. In all buildings of the complex, only "odnushki" and "kopeck pieces" are built. Their area is from 33 m 2 to 58 m 2 . In one-room apartments bathrooms are combined with a bathroom, in two-room apartments there are combined and separate options. Kitchens are planned with an area from 8 m 2 to 10 m 2 . In many of them, there are projected exits to the balcony / loggia. For these positions, deviations from the project are minimal.

There are differences in the design of houses. In some buildings apartments are built only with balconies, in others - with glazed loggias, and there are many houses where on the ground floors there is neither one nor the other. But in the basement of LCD "Sacramento" the developer has equipped storage rooms with the area from 6,3 m 2 to 16,3 m 2 . They are purchased at the request of co-investors, for a fee.

Mandatory are payments for the installation of intercoms, which will be on the doors of each entrance. Elevators are only available in multi-storey buildings.

Apartments are surrendered with partial finishing, which includes glazing of windows, distribution of communications, installation of window sills, sockets, sinks and meters for light and water, cement screed of floors, installation of interior doors. Stages of construction

The neighborhood "Sacramento" began to build in 2010. The first stage was to be given in 2012, but the state commission accepted it only in 2013. Keys were given to tenants until 2014. The second stage of the developer had to be delivered in 2014. Part of the buildings was actually accepted by the state commission on time, but people received the keys until 2016. Now the construction of the third stage (buildings 1, 2, 4 and 5) is going at a good pace. In April of this year, workers completely completed the construction of the frame of buildings and proceeded to install external walls, balconies, interior partitions. According to the new general plan of GC "PIC" buildings # 1 and # 5 must be delivered in June this year, and buildings # 2 and # 4 in December 2017.
