Kinds of swimming.

The concept of "swimming" implies the movement of a person on the water without touching the bottom. If you consider this concept from a sporting point of view, then there are such basic types of swimming: crawl, butterfly, breaststroke and back.

With the style of "crawl" swimming is performed on the abdomen, while the strokes are performed alternatingly. The legs are continuously raised and lowered in a manner analogous to the movement of the scissors, but they also remain in relation to the body at an unfolded angle. If you characterize all types of swimming, then the rabbit refers to the fastest style. For this reason, it is called a freestyle. Many people choose this type of swimming. High-speed records for this sport are installed in the rabbit.

Many people are interested in learning how to swim with a crawl as soon as possible. If you want to achieve this, you can very quickly. Simply, all movements must be repeated every day, and then the rabbit will not seem unattainable.

First you need to warm up the lungs on land, breathing rhythmically with your mouth. Then it is necessary to warm up the muscles, moving their hands like a mill, and also with legs similar to the movements when swimming. After the warm-up, you should enter the waist-deep water and take a few breaths, then exhale, plunging into it with your head. And finally - open your eyes and float up like a float. To balance breathing, you need to lie on the water. Lying on your back on the water, you need to work your feet. Then do the same on your stomach. The next exercise is to push away from the bottom, slide face down into the water, opening your eyes, and, working with your legs, help yourself. Further hands to make movements similar to the mill, standing in the water on the shoulders. You can swim some distance with the board, actively working with your feet.

If you repeat these exercises several times a day, then in a week you can freely swim fifty meters with a crawl. The main thing is not to accelerate or slow down movements, to stick to the rhythm of breathing, to control the movements of hands and feet, and also to try not to raise your head high above the water.

Another style of swimming on the stomach is a butterfly. With it, both parts of the body, right and left, make symmetrical movements. Hands perform a powerful and simultaneous stroking, in which the swimmer's body emits over the surface of the water, the legs produce a wavy synchronous movement.

This style of energy costs is considered the most difficult. For someone who has an untrained body, it is very difficult to immediately master the butterfly. In terms of speed, this species ranks second after the rabbit.

The style of swimming on the back is similar to that of a krol on making movements with hands and feet, but also has some differences. First, all movements are made in position on the back, not on the stomach. Secondly, the arm straight passes over the water, and in the rabbit - bent. On speed, swimming on the back is in third place. The swimmer's face with this style is above the water, so you do not need to exhale in the water. Another distinguishing feature is that all types of swimming start from the nightstand, and when swimming on the back, the start is made from water.

The next style of swimming is the breaststroke. It also means swimming on the stomach, with simultaneous movement of the arms forward from the chest. The legs, bending at the knees, produce a simultaneous push and then straighten out. This kind of swimming is considered the slowest, because the return movements of the hands are carried out under the water, and the movement of the legs is at intervals. This style is technically the most difficult, but at the same time you can swim your breaststroke silently underwater. Movements can be both slippery and relaxed, and sharp and energetic. The main elements of this type - a strong stroking, kick and slide on the water. If you put a maximum of perseverance, then learn how to swim a breaststroke will not be difficult.

All types of swimming in the competitions differ among themselves by the rules of the start, as well as the technique of turning at the pool wall.

It should be remembered that after intensive training you must rest and recover your breathing. All this should be done lying on the water.
