In addition to drug treatment, the scheme which has the right to appoint only a doctor, an excellent auxiliary procedure will be the conduct of inhalations. You can buy a device for inhaling medicinal vapors in any pharmacy or store that sells medical equipment, but it will be better to make an inhaler yourself.
The most accessible options
If you do not want to trouble yourself with the manufacture of the device, you can use the most common methods that will have the effect of inhalation. The simplest option is to heat the water in a dish and add a few drops of essential oils, preferably coniferous trees.
You can make an inhaler with your own hands and with the help of an ordinary teapot, in which you must preheat the water, then add a mixture of essential oils or chemist's medicine "Pinosol". To inhale the vapors of the teapot-inhaler follows with a tube of paper, which should be kept directly above the spout. Do not forget about the safety rules. After all, you should only inhale the vapors over a hot liquid that can be burned. An analogue of a teapot can be a conventional watering can for indoor plants.

Using a Bottle
With the help of a simple algorithm, presented below, you can build an inhaler from a bottle with your own hands. The following materials will be required for this process:
- A plastic bottle of small volume, preferably 0.5 L;
- Plastic tube (you can use a tube for a cocktail);
- Scissors or knife;
- Scotch.
Approximately in the middle of the bottle it is necessary to make a hole with a knife and insert a tube there, part of which will remain outside. The lid from the bottle should be removed, because the inhalation should be inhaled through the neck.
