Information technology of company management

Recent years are characterized as significant changes in the socio-economic environment in which enterprises exist and operate, and by the active development of information technologies.

Modern information technology management company is a process that is composed of certain rules for the use of information to make the best decision associated with the core business of the business entity. It can be, for example, the release of finished products to maximize profits from the sale of these products.

The main tasks of information systems of enterprise management are:

- organization to create databases of the company;

- viewing this information by personnel, as well as providing the opportunity to make changes to it if necessary;

- compilation of various reports and summary information reports.

The constant increase in competition among producers explains the increased requirements for professionalism and responsibility of specialists, managerial organizational abilities, which bear further responsibility for the decisions they made. Therefore, today the issue of organizing and recording all information flows of the company, searching for the optimal solution to regulation of production, economic and financial relations becomes topical.

The use of the research approach in management activity, which is based on the use of modern computer technologies, ensures the timeliness and completeness of the display of information about controlled processes. Also in this process it is possible to correct the specified information, to model it in a different way, to analyze and predict it.

In addition to the production process, the head of any enterprise often raises the question of assessing the qualifications of working personnel. That is why the second place after the production management is information technology management personnel. This block of the system includes such components as staffing, personnel, payroll calculations.

Information technologies in personnel management should be based on the basic requirements: reliability, branching, ensuring the protection of information, speed, optimality of the sizes of databases created and filled with information, and also adapting the used software to existing computer equipment at the enterprise in order to reduce additional capital costs.

Information technology management can effectively work in the enterprise, making it easier for staff if certain technical measures are taken. To such can be attributed a local computer network, which provides a completely new enhanced capabilities for staff to integrate and centralize information. For example, the entered information on all employees in the personnel department will allow using the database master to register the parts produced, and the accounting department will calculate the salary according to the work performed.

Information management technologies must meet these requirements:

- the efficiency of the use of computing resources and their self-sufficiency;

- Reliability;

- structure;

- Modularity.

It is necessary to note one more positive point: the information technologies of management allow to significantly reduce paper workflow at the enterprise. However, in this case, the question arises of an electronic signature, which could be used to certify all accounting documents that go beyond the limits of the company. Such documents include tax and financial statements. Yes, and the issue of electronic signature at the legislative level has already been resolved.
