Using a key on 17, unscrew the two bolts that secures the ball bearing housing to the wheel hub. If necessary, remove the suspension bracket. With the latter are removed two pillows - one is located in the front left part, the other - in the back. Without this, the VAZ 2110 will not be able to replace the clutch.

Three bolts and one nut, which secure the body of the box to the internal combustion engine, are wrenched with the keys on 19. It is desirable, of course, to completely remove the box. But you can cheat a little by inserting instead of the upper bolts long studs. With their help, you can move the box to the maximum distance from the engine. In this case, of course, it is desirable to pull out the right wheel drive. After you have access to the clutch elements, you need to replace them.

Removing Drives and Preparing for Replacement

And now about how to remove the VAZ 2110 clutch. The key is 8 or 13 (depending on which bolts) you need to unscrew all the bolts that secure the clutch basket to the flywheel. The squeeze bearing is located on the primary shaft. For a new one, apply graphite lubricant additionally and reinstall it. Note that all elements must be changed at a time, while you only increase the resource of the entire mechanism.

Installing new clutch

If you want to replace the crown on the flywheel, you need to knock down the old one using a chisel and a hammer. Light strokes need to take a circle around this element. As a rule, there is a plastic guide in the clutch kit. It is installed in the driven clutch disc VAZ 2110, which leans against the flywheel.

Then put the basket on top, combine it with all the holes on the flywheel. Heal all the bolts. Please note that reuse of old bolts is not recommended, as they will not be able to provide reliable fastening. The tightening of all these bolts must be done crosswise. Otherwise, the clutch basket will be skewed, resulting in improper operation.
