The dough for chebureks must necessarily turn out dense and elastic, and for this it is necessary to exert a lot of effort. Flour must be sifted to the table, salt is put in the groove in the center and some water is poured. Gradually begins to knead the dough, gradually adding water. When the dough is collected in a bowl, it should be kneaded until it becomes elastic and dense. Then wrap the dough in a film and put in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
