  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine egg whites, whole milk and vanilla extract. Set it aside.
  • At this time in another bowl, combine the baking powder with the pastry shop and ordinary wheat flour.
  • Once the sugar and oil mixture has reached the desired consistency, add about half of the sifted dry ingredients.
  • Then add a white mixture of milk and eggs, without stopping whisking (now at low speed). Periodically turn off the mixer and shovel the mass from the sides of the container to ensure even mixing of the components.

  • 170 g of white chocolate (chopped into large pieces);
  • 1.5 cups of fine granulated sugar (if desired, you can take brown sugar);
  • 0.33 cups of normal wheat flour for homemade baking;
  • 1.5 cups of whole milk;
  • 0.33 cups of the fatty sour cream;
  • 1.5 cup softened, but sufficiently cold sweetened butter, which must be cut into small pieces;
  • 1 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract.

For additional decor, you can take a white or colored confectionery powder or ready decorations from mastic, for example petals and buds. A white cake with flowers from plastic sugar dough will give a special glamor to any holiday, be it birthday, anniversary or a luxurious wedding.

Creating a masterpiece

  • Preheat the oven to medium temperature. Lubricate the butter with three 20-centimeter round forms for biscuit, lay out on the bottom of parchment paper, which also need to be smeared with butter or margarine on top. Sprinkle the paper with flour.
  • Sift both kinds of flour, then mix in a large bowl of dry ingredients: flour, baking mixture, baking soda and salt. Set it aside.

It remains only to cool the frosting for a few minutes in the refrigerator and gently collect the cake from the white cakes, after which cover the sides and top of the cake with glaze. You can decorate it with ready-made sugar flowers or confectionery powder.

If you want to make a black and white cake, just replace the white chocolate in the recipe for a bitter (at least 75% cocoa).
