What should I do first?

At the first stage it is necessary to develop a drawing, to present the future view and at least the approximate dimensions of the trailer. First you need to make a frame. This is also the basis for the trailer, therefore it is necessary to measure and perform calculations here with high accuracy. Errors in sawing and joining of channels are excluded. Trailer for motoblock with your own hands can be made from pipes of rectangular cross-section with a size of 60 to 30 millimeters, which will serve as the basis of the whole construction. In addition, it is necessary to prepare 2 steel squares measuring 25 by 25 millimeters, which will serve as a traverse. All this must be welded together and fixed for the reliability of the structure 5-6 by cross-members. In this case, the traverse and cross members must form small outlets with respect to the longitudinal members.

To the front part of these edges we weld a couple of longitudinal pipes on the sides, on which the racks will be further mounted. The latter should be welded to the upper straps. As the material, you can use the same 25-millimeter tube with a cross section.

Pay special attention to the sides. In addition to the rear, folding it is desirable to make 2 side, which will greatly facilitate the loading and unloading of various building materials and make the trailer more versatile, because you will have the opportunity to transport oversized cargo. Metal beads should have a thickness of no more than 0.8-10 millimeters.

This is a particularly important aspect when designing a self-made apparatus. Here, as the wheels and springs, you can use parts from any domestic car, for example, "Zhiguli" or "Moskvich". These units are connected to the beam with a welding machine, and the ends - with spars. On the last, by the way, it is necessary to establish the axis of the earring and the bracket.

And the last thing that needs to be done is a drawbar.
