I work as a graphic designer for 8 years. During this time, I made a huge number of business cards, but often I encounter a problem when the customer does not know what he wants to see on his products. For someone, this is not a stumbling block - "I need to write a taxi and phone number," and for someone, making a business card becomes a headache.

I will try to talk about the main points that will help you realize what exactly you want from printing products, and how to get a business card to work for you.

First, we will understand the business card. It's not just the name and phone number. This is a contact that helps potential customers contact you. That's why it should contain only important information. Do not write a list of your services, consisting of 150 items. If this card fell into the hands of a person, then you gave it to her. If you gave it, then you told about all kinds of services or goods. If you did not tell me - the business card will not help. Give only the information you need to the consumer - a phone number where he can contact you and get additional advice or purchase goods. And do not forget to take the handset or watch that the phone does not turn off - the absence of the subscriber at the "end" will kill any desire to call you back, even if you write down the entire business card with "useful" information. The second important point is the company logo. For many, this is not a principle, but, you see, if you see a stylish logo on your business card, you immediately think about the organization's qualitative approach to your business. Products without a logo suggest that this is some beginning entrepreneur, who no one wants to be the first customer. Also do not forget about the address - this, in my opinion, is the most important indicator of the organization's stability. If the organization has an address, then there is money for renting the office. This immediately gives an additional advantage over the young entrepreneurs who trade in their underwear at the kitchen table.

Some will immediately say that by placing a logo and phone number on the business card, you can lose a client, because when he needs your product or service, he may not remember your activity.
