How to draw a note? Notes for the piano. Seven notes

The very question of how to draw a note can be considered somewhat incorrect. Since music refers specifically to art, it will be more correct to use terms used, say, in painting. They do not say that they paint a picture. They write it. So following this logic, you can safely consider the problem, as written notes.

Fundamentals of music notation

In music, the palette of notes is rather limited. In this case, we have only seven notes, which are the basis of the whole musical work. However, even in spite of so many notes, composers create unique works. Here it is worth paying attention not only to their combinations and execution sequences, but also to the signs of alteration present in the scales.

If you talk about how to draw a note, you should take into account the name of the notes, their duration, and the position on the score. The arrangement of notes for many instruments is completely different. That is why it is necessary to take into account the specific nature of the instrument itself in order to correctly play one or another note.

As for the number and the name of the notes, there are seven: before, re, mi, fa, salt, la and si. This classification in the Russian version, although there is a specially adopted Latin designation of each note, which can correspond even to whole chords. This approach is most often used with accompaniment. In this case, the sequence will have the following form: "to" -D "re" -E "mi" -F "fa" -G "salt" -A "la" -H "ci" -C. While we do not take into account the signs of raising or lowering the notes, which have the names "sharp" and "flat".

Duration of notes

As for the question of how to draw a note, it is inextricably linked with lengths. They can be listed in this order: whole, half, fourth, eighth, sixteenth, thirty-second, sixty-fourth, etc.

The first note is the longest sounding, and the last one is the shortest. After the sixty-fourth note, such durations are generally not used.

Now you can go directly to the very question of how to draw a note. The whole note is written in the form of an unshaded oval without a right wand, called calm. The half note is also not shaded, but it is written with a calm. Next come the completely shaded notes with the calm: the fourth with the direct calm, the eighth with the curved calm, the sixteenth with the double curved calm, the thirty-second with the triple curved calm, etc.

Violin and bass key

If you think about how to draw a note, you should pay attention to the musical staff. The fact is that when using different keys, the notes may have a different layout.

To write notes, only five rulers are used. In the case of going beyond the music camp, special additional rulers are provided. In the violin key, this refers to notes below the "re" of the first octave and above the "salt" of the second octave. In the bass key, this refers to the notes below the "salt" of the big octave and above the "c" of the small octave.

Arrangement of notes on the piano keyboard

Piano keyboard in the sense of the location of notes is considered very simple, because all notes in the ascending or descending order follow one after another, combining in the intervals of tones and semitones. At the same time in the same octave there are twelve keys, of which seven are white and five are black. This rule is standard. On stringed-plucked instruments such as a guitar or a violin the situation is somewhat different. Another class of instruments like bayan has the same situation. But the accordion has a piano keyboard, because of what pianists master this instrument is much easier than the accordion.

Sheet music in scales for piano

It goes without saying that in the scales there may be key signs, and additionally lines for writing notes. Here it is worth paying attention to the fact that the notes are written in their original version without putting a sign in front of them. This is understandable, because the signs are in the key. Accordingly, the note itself should be played by default with their use.

So, for example, if you consider one of the simplest scales of the type of G-major, which has only one sharp in the key, the "fa" note is played by default by a half tone higher than the original sound. In the case of a flat key, the note is lowered by a half tone. The presence of double key signs can only mean raising or lowering notes by one tone. These can be key types such as double-sharp or double-flat. However, they are used very infrequently, and then only for educational or educational purposes.

In principle, the same applies to the main chords, triads or arpeggios, which are present in this or that key or fret. We are not even touching on the subject of pentatonic or some frets such as Lydian or Mixolydian, where a few rules and approaches are used to build the fret itself, which are used mainly by professional musicians of a fairly high level. Even the Enigma project has already won its own layout and the appropriate mode, used when writing songs in this style.
