This order of things for us is self-evident. However, we can change the current situation, say to ourselves: "I want to change my life!". And today you can start to experience joy and be happy.

Let's analyze our dreams, goals, and order them.

1. We have a goal, no matter what, whether it's buying a car, an apartment, earning a certain amount of money. Also we have a favorite work, the one we dreamed about, which we like. But until we achieve our goal, we do not experience joy and happiness. And now think about it, because before you dreamed of this work, which brings you pleasure? So why rush things, enjoy today, do not rush. And the car, the apartment, the dacha, the money - it's a happy thing.

2. Another case is more common, but less enjoyable. There is a goal, but to achieve it you have to sacrifice your nerves, time and something else. For example, work that brings neither pleasure nor pleasure, but is the factor that helps to achieve the goal. Now the question arises whether your goal, the dream, is so tempting, to sacrifice the present for its sake.

3. Most often in the future, it happens that, having achieved the set goal, we understand that we have paid too high a price for it.

Conclusion? To accept, to forget about your dreams? But how to fundamentally change your life? There is another way out of this situation, the answer to the question of how to change one's life for the better. The answer is simple - catch the moment now! Begin to experience happiness and joy today.

So, we all also choose our goal, but here's the way we will already choose quite differently. First of all, we will focus on what today and now brings us happiness and satisfaction. Not pleasure, namely satisfaction, because this concept is more capacious, it includes joy and pleasure, overcoming obstacles, which in itself is not always pleasant. That is, we do not concentrate on the result, but start concentrating on the process itself. Most of the life is occupied by the processes of achieving the result, and they are more important to us in order to find an answer to the question of how to change one's life for the better. Choosing a new goal, you must put the process at the heart of the process, not the result.

For example, you can take a job, where you use your talents, and not search for one, enjoying a healthy lifestyle, rather than achieving some physical form, enjoying driving on a new car, and not buying it. The result is fleeting. And the process is long.

Sometimes we ask ourselves how to change our life for the better, and, it seems to us, we see the answer in changing the available place for more paid work. But is not this a trap? Let's be truthful in front of us. The new job seems to us a happy payday when we go home with a round sum of money. And now think about those other 30 days, when the salary is not paid, but it is necessary to work, and not in its place, day in, day out, year after year.

Is it not better to work where you will be happy? And this is the way to rise on the career ladder and success.
