Graduates of the bachelor, according to the new legislation, have the right to change specialization within the framework of a particular university, and also have the opportunity to enter the magistracy of foreign educational institutions. Particularly ample opportunities are open to graduates who are fluent in a foreign language. It should be noted that for young men studying at the magistracy, there is also a provision for postponing military service.

On the correspondence form of training under the bachelor's programs the admission of students is carried out on the basis of secondary general education or secondary professional education on the basis of the competition based on the results of the USE.
