We lived at the hotel Istion Club & Spa 5 *. The territory is beautiful, the beach is tiny, go to neighbors, food for four, standard rooms are rather weak - not cheap, I would not return.
Aegean Melathron Hotel - 5 *. Completely corresponds to the declared category - updated, very beautiful huge territory, warm, cozy, but when booking be careful there is a part of the hotel that is located on 2 lines, through the underground passage category IVF (this is not environmentally friendly, but there is ECONOMIC !!!) .
Athos Palace Hotel 4 *. I'm not very ... dark, oldish, with a smell, but a beautiful beach and good prices.
Everyone knows the Pallini Beach Hotel 4 *. Excellent four, with the best beach, which at the time of my stay there was packed to capacity. Both near the village of Kallithea - there is where to put out.
Of the three cocks praise Sousouras Hotel 3 + *. We were not shown, but advertised.

All these hotels were near the village of Colitis. Then we moved to Thessaloniki.
A beautiful city, with a beautiful embankment, a historical part with fortified walls, a port, yachts, horses with carriages, balls, ice cream ... So many gay loafers, I have not yet seen where. Because We got on their holiday, then naturally, we did not get anywhere. The shops were closed, and all the taverns, cafes, discotheques and restaurants were overcrowded, so they just walked around the city, rubbed the finger of Aristotle, and then went off to their own numbers to get drunk.
Kastoria - I naively thought it was something like our factories, surrounded by barbed wire of territories rendered in the industrial zones ... Deeply mistaken.
Kastoria was pleasantly surprised. A nice, quiet, ancient town in the mountains, in the middle of a huge beautiful lake, pelicans, swans. Such, I would say - "Little Monaco".
Fur coats are tiny, clean, within the city, immediately chic fashionable salons with Russian-speaking, very competent staff.

Bulgaria

And in general, the tour was aimed at examining the new direction of BANSKO. We inspected the hotels in Bulgaria.
The tour impressed me! Although there is no snow, and the little town is still empty, whether it's the first time on a mountain-skiing track, that's why it's like the first time, and the mountains and the air and the pines and people are ALL OTHER! Rest is a different plan than at beach resorts. The atmosphere is completely different, A species! The spirit captures!
In addition, it is also an unusually beautiful old city, a historical monument, in which there are many museums and cultural and historical sights.
What I want to note about the resort - the youngest resort in Bulgaria, respectively, a new residential and numbered fund, all hotels are fresh. No bright differences, almost the same. The most important difference is the location, a little farther or closer to the ski lifts.
Particularly of course Kempinski stands out - as always pathos and unfriendliness on the part of the staff (I would like to hope that this attitude applies only to the participants of infogroups). And then we saw the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort 5 *. I would say a worthy Kempinski Competitor! KRASAVETS, Prize winner of several awards! Style and design, every detail is thought out. Very friendly, gourmet restaurants, chic SPA center, Russian bath (who orders the package, as a gift: a broom, a bottle of vodka and a herring pot (this is not a joke !!!), though a little further from the ski lifts, but cheaper and newer Kempinski .
MAIN PLUS The resort - equipment, lifts, cabins - all Austrian and is under their sensitive guidance (they do not trust the Bulgarians). Every year before the start of the season, they organize and check everything themselves.
8 local gondola lift Bansko-Banderichka (2400 people per hour), 8 chair lifts, 6 drag lifts, several ski lifts for children.
Flight to Thessaloniki - a transfer of about 3-3.5 hours with the crossing of the border, give time on dues-free. From Sofia in time about the same.
