Selecting a landing site and preparing a trench

Proper planting of grapes is of no small importance, since the productivity of the whole vineyard largely depends on it. If the distance between the bushes is large, the land will be used irrationally, and if small - the bushes will be strongly thickened, accordingly, there will not be enough light and various useful substances necessary for good taste qualities of grapes and high yield.

To plant a bush choose a sunny place, because it does not tolerate the shadow. The most ideal place is the southern side of any structure (shed, house, fence, etc.).

Before planting, prepare a trench, the depth of which is about 60 cm. The distance between the bushes of grapes depends on its growth. For slaboroslyh it is 1.5-1.7 m, for medium height it is 1.8-2.2 m, and for sverhosloh - up to 3 m.
