General characteristics of the enterprise of its task and purpose

Among the main elements that describe the characteristics of the enterprise can be identified the situation and state of affairs, and the organizational structure of the enterprise. The main document that allows to plan and execute such an analysis is the Charter of the enterprise, as well as the Memorandum and other statutory documents and regulations that regulate the procedures for passing various production and financial flows.

As one of the constituent parts of the characteristics of the enterprise is the organizational characteristic of the enterprise. It is the analysis and processing of the data obtained in the compilation of the results of such a characteristic that allows to determine the effectiveness of the enterprise in the context of its organizational structure. This characteristic shows and reveals not only the organizational structure, but also the management principles, and their effectiveness and compliance with the level of management in the enterprise.
