Economic crimes that occur in our country and abroad.

Economic crimes are not an indicator of the behavior of all citizens of the country. Many experienced authors came to this view, who specialize in writing legal literature. First of all, they believe that such deviations from the law are purely individual actions, which characterize only an individual person. And this is correct, because you can not just cast a shadow on the reputation of law-abiding citizens only because some of their compatriots are not the same.

There is a traditional division between such concepts as "economic crimes" and "economic offenses". Depending on the severity of the violation of the law and its consequences, these illegal actions differ. If a person, for example, accidentally forgot to pay a fine somewhere, or later concealed this fact, then such actions are characterized as offenses. More serious violations of the law in this area are already called crimes. Accordingly, for them and the punishment is more stringent.

If a natural or legal person has committed a minor violation, then in this situation it is possible to get by with a fine, payment of which will for a long time repel the desire to commit economic crimes.

As in modern Russia began to revise economic relations, now private entrepreneurs are more allowed than in the Soviet Union. That's why ordinary citizens are increasingly able to observe how talented and literate young people in a very short period of time become truly rich. And all this is because the bans on private activities have become an order of magnitude smaller.

To date, economic crimes in Russia are committed only by those people who earn their money in a not entirely honest way. That is why it is advantageous for them to hide their true sources of income from the state. Surprisingly, most of these violators are identified because of the same error. After all, they are used to living in luxury, that's why they buy expensive houses, smart cars and live on a broad footing. At this point, they do not really think that their official income does not allow them to make purchases at this level. Naturally, this fact is very noticeable and attracts the attention of special state structures, which in a short time reveals all illegal ways of earning these oligarchs.

If a citizen decides to commit economic crimes, then he must be at least a competent individual who, before transgressing the law, will carefully consider all the consequences and how to get rid of them. Only very intelligent people can go unpunished in this area. And this fact is very alarming for the common people. The fact that many oligarchs quietly violate the law and continue to live unhindered in the same place, leads to two conclusions. First, people consider such a person to be a corrupt official who has influence on officials. But the second assumption is probably even more unpleasant. If the perpetrator continues to be at large, it means that he is smarter than those who rule our state.

The fact that the people consider the leaders of their country as not very literate people, badly affects the situation throughout the state. Unfortunately, in many countries of the former Soviet Union today, we can see exactly this situation. And all this is because some citizens commit unpunished crimes in the economic sphere. Changes in the field of detection and punishment for the above-described acts of politics are planned to be dealt with in the near future.
