Domestic wine from currant: a recipe for an excellent result

Easy home made wine from currant

The recipe allows you to prepare a drink with a very pleasant delicate aroma. You need six kilograms of red currant and sugar. Its quantity should be determined depending on the amount of juice, for each liter it is necessary to take two glasses. Clean and pick berries, crush thoroughly with a wooden crib or pestle. Transfer to a glass container and tighten the lid. The lid should have a valve for air release, which in excess will be formed during fermentation. After a couple of days, strain the wort, leave the liquid for six hours, then add sugar. Pour into a bottle and leave to ripen in the coolness. After a few months, spill the wine in bottles, seal and leave for another three to four months. At the end of this period, a currant can be served to the table.

Traditional recipe for home-made wine from currants

Take ten kilograms of red currant, peel off the twigs, rinse and dry. Pour in a wooden tub and mash with a pestle. Transfer the resulting mass into a glass bottle, close the lid with the air outlet valve and leave for three weeks. Twenty-one days later, fermentation should end. Pour the wine into another bottle to get rid of the sediment. Let stand and pour again, then strain through a special filter paper and pour over small glass bottles. Tightly plug the cork and put it in a cool place. Wine should lie for two months, after which it can be drunk.

Fragrant home-made wine from currant

The recipe recommends taking red or white currants, and for flavoring the wort, add strawberry or raspberry juice. Leave the berries to lie for two days in the warmth or a couple of hours under direct sunlight. Only then can you start making home-made wine. From the currant, the recipe recommends squeezing the juice with a press. Pour the cake with water equal to the amount of the resulting juice, let it brew for about a day. Press and mix with the juice. For a liter of wort, add two hundred and fifty grams of granulated sugar and a glass of water with ten grams Diluted dry yeast. For the fermentation process, a container with a water seal is used. Once the fermentation is over, the bottle should be tightly closed and let the wine stand for two months, then strain and pour into bottles.

Simple homemade wine made from currant

The recipe for this drink is even easier than the rest. Heat the black currant berries in enamelware, adding a little water and sugar. Soak at a temperature of 65 degrees for a quarter of an hour, cool to forty degrees, crush and wring out. Add 1.3 liters of water and a quarter kilogram of granulated sugar for each kilogram of berries, a couple drops of ammonia and ten grams of diluted dry yeast. Leave for fifteen days, after which add another 100 grams of sugar per liter, wait until the end of fermentation, strain and leave the wine aged for a couple of months. Pour out the finished product in bottles.
