Then take a 10-15-second rest and repeat the action once 5-10. Then change the position, that is, use the right foot and the left palm. Also repeat the above number of times, without forgetting to rest, completely relaxing the muscles of the legs, arms and trunk.

Treatment of the intervertebral hernia of the cervical region: Exercises

1. Stand or sit on a chair. Put your hands on / along your body. Begin to turn your head to the extreme left, and then the right position. Repeat steps 5-10.

2. Rise or sit on a chair. Put your hands on / along your body. Head down, trying to cuddle up to his chest with his chin. Repeat steps 5-10.

3. Stand or sit on a chair. Put your hands on / along your body. Slowly and gently tilt your head back, pulling your chin in parallel. Repeat steps 5-10.
