Necessary ingredients for the test:

  • Odorless vegetable oil - 6 large spoons;
  • Wheat flour - from 550 g;
  • Active yeast - a dessert spoon;

  • Milk melted - 250 ml;

As a result, you should form a tight dough, well apart from the palms. It should be covered with a food film and a towel, and then set aside for 60-85 minutes.

If you follow all the rules for mixing the yeast base, you will definitely get a delicious and tender bun cinnabon. The recipe for such a flour product also includes the following products:

  • Vegetable oil - 2-4 large spoons (for lubricating the pan);
  • Egg whipped chicken - 1 piece;
  • Powdered sugar - 120 g (60 g for the filling, the rest for the glaze);
  • Sugar brown - ½ cup;
  • Starch - 2 large spoons;
  • Butter - 135 g;
  • Ground cinnamon - 4 large spoons;
  • Cream fatty - 2 large spoons;
  • Vanilla liqueur - 2 small spoons.

Forming a dish

Buns with cinnamon cinnabon should be formed only after the yeast dough has risen several times. First it is necessary to take ½ of its part, roll it out into a thin, but long layer (up to 25 centimeters wide). Then the surface of the substrate needs to be coated with cooking oil, and then lay out the filling made from a mixture of powder, brown sugar, melted butter (75 g), starch and ground cinnamon. After that, the dough should be tightly wrapped in a long roll and cut into pieces with a thickness of up to 6 centimeters.

Baking of dessert

After all the semi-finished products are formed, they should be placed on a baking sheet, greased with beaten egg and put in the oven for 25-35 minutes. At this time, you can make the glaze. To do this, you need to beat the melted butter with fatty cream, sugar powder and vanilla liqueur.
