Delicious and sweet "Oreshek" cookies: recipe

Sweet biscuit "Oreshek", the recipe of which is presented below, can be done only if you have a special form for baking on a gas stove. This device is a bicuspid dish, in which there are several excavations in the form of a nutshell. This device was very popular in Soviet times, but now it can always be found in hardware stores.

Delicious "Nutlet" cookies: recipe

Required products for dough:

  • Fresh margarine cream - 220 g;
  • Flour sifted wheat - from two glasses (add to the density);
  • Powdered sugar - 1 full faceted glass ;
  • A chicken egg of the usual size - 3 pcs .;
  • Salt sea fine - 1/3 part of a small spoon;
  • Vegetable oil - 75 ml (for lubricating the mold);
  • Soda food without prior blanking - ½ small spoon;
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 g or 2 sachets.

Process of kneading the base

"Oreshek" biscuits, the recipe of which provides for the use of special equipment, should be started with the preparation of a soft but thick base. To do this, you need to beat the eggs together with the powdered sugar, and then pour into them sea salt, baking soda and pour melted (lightly cooled) cream margarine. After that, the mixture must be added with wheat flour and kneaded with an elastic dough, palms.

The process of baking "nutshell"

Before preparing the "Nuts" cookies, some of the dough should be rolled out into small circles with a diameter of 1.5-2 centimeters. Next, it is necessary to heat the baking device and lubricate it with vegetable (sunflower) oil. After this, in each notch, put one ball and immediately press the leaf. If, during heat treatment, part of the substrate goes beyond the limits of the metal mold, it is necessary to reduce the amount of dough to be laid.

In the process of baking a sweet "nutshell", do not forget that the device needs to be turned over regularly. When the cookie from all sides browned, it should be removed from the dishes, shaking it well over the cutting board.

Preparation of the filling

The "Nuts" cookie recipe in the form also provides for the use of sweet condensed fillings. For its preparation we will need:

  • Boiled condensed milk - 2 standard jars;
  • Crushed roasted peanuts - 1 glass.

Both named ingredients should be mixed, and then fill with the resulting mass of 2 "nutshells" and put them together. By analogy, all the remaining dessert is made out. To make it not too hard, it is recommended to put it in a plastic bag and hold for several hours.

How to serve to the table correctly

As you can see, the "Oreshek" cookie, the recipe of which we reviewed, does not require the use of expensive and outlandish products. However, it should be noted that it takes a considerable amount of time to bake and form this dessert. You should serve the finished sweet product with tea or unsweetened coffee.
