In France, five brave boys-underground members from Paris were tortured. In the Soviet Union, members of the Red Guard organization Young Guard

It was these fatal coincidences that served as the day on February 8 and became the Day of Remembrance of the young hero-antifascist.

Day of memory of the young hero-antifascist (February 8)

The war has a childless face - everyone knows it. But how many people know how many times children and war crossed?

In Russia on February 8, Soviet boys and girls are recalled, who shoulder to shoulder with adults rose to defend the country during the Great Patriotic War.

There were so many of them, these young heroes, that the memory could not keep all the names. Known and unknown little heroes of the Great War, they fought and died in thousands on the fronts and in the occupation. They shot from one trench: adult soldiers and yesterday's schoolchildren. They blew up bridges, columns with fascist armored vehicles, and closed their fighting comrades with their breasts.

They became fearless underground fighters, committing dangerous diversions and helping to shelter the wounded fighters. They risked their lives every day, and not everyone managed to survive in a meat grinder of a terrible war.

And on land, and on the sea, and over the clouds ...

Pioneers and Komsomols, urban and rural, these boys and girls around the world glorified the heroism and unbending courage of the Soviet people. Young patriots were smashing the enemy both on land, at sea, and in the air.

Twelve-year-old Boris Kuleshin fought in the Black Sea Fleet, in the destroyer "Tashkent" in 1942. During the air raids, the boy brought ammunition to the guns with shells, and during the calmness he took care of the wounded.

Arkady Kamanin - the famous "flyer", at the age of 14 was appointed pilot of the 423rd squadron. He fought on the 1 st and 2 nd Ukrainian fronts, on the Kalinin front. Before reaching the age of majority, the young soldier was twice awarded the Order of the Red Star and the Order of the Red Banner.

Leonid Golikov, a scout of a partisan detachment who acted on the territory of the Pskov and Novgorod regions, participated in more than 20 battles, was awarded many orders and medals for courage and courage. The highest insignia of Lenin was already posthumous, he was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union.

Little Heroes of the Great War

It is impossible to list all of our early-grown soldiers of the Second World War. But with one thought of what they did in the name of victory in their 12-17 years, the pride for the country that brought up such "eaglets" is overwhelming.

Bitterness burns our hearts from the consciousness of how short were their lives, how ridiculous it is to die at the age of 14, and not having had time to grow up. It seems that nowhere in the history of the world has such a massive heroism of children and adolescents been recorded, as in Soviet Russia during the Great Patriotic War.

On the Day of Remembrance of the Young Hero-Anti-Fascist on February 8, the whole world will be frozen in a single sigh of heroically dead boys and girls. They lived in different countries, spoke different languages, but performed the same feat - they fought for the liberation of their land.

To remember ...

To ensure that new children who do not know the horrors of war do not forget about the great deeds of their peers, schools widely cover this day. In order to educate patriotism, love and pride for their people, teachers on this day try to convey to the children the whole truth about long-past events. They seek to provide as much historical information as possible about the days of the great battles and the unprecedented courage of the little heroes of the great war.

In schools, teachers spend a class hour on the theme "The Day of the Memory of a Young Hero-Anti-Fascist", prepare and plan the plan in advance, prepare the necessary material. Children learn about how they lived, fought and died in the name of freedom and independence, those who went to fight the enemy, not finishing and the 5th class.

Students learn the names and surnames of their peers who died on the battlefields. They learn about the young scouts who were tortured in the occupation, who even went to the execution with their head held high.

In the feeding of the senses

Such events contribute to the upbringing of the feelings of the younger generation, introduce the history of the country and the events of the past war, and also nurture compassion, a sense of justice, responsibility for everything that happens in the world. On the example of young heroes, children learn that it is necessary to be able to sacrifice their own interests, and sometimes lives, in order to save those who are around.

Break through the indifference and make children empathize with the young heroes, admire their feat - this is the main task for holding events such as the Day of Remembrance of a Young Hero-Anti-Fascist. The library of the school organizes various thematic exhibitions timed to commemorative dates. The library, with its atmosphere of silence, disciplines children, makes them listen with interest to events and turning points in the history of our country.

Lessons to be learned by heart
