Representatives of the stronger sex are full and lean, flabby and pumped up, fragile and athletic. In short, men have a different constitution of physique, whose species bear such names as ectomorph, endomorph and mesomorph.

Ectomorphs

This kind of figure is also called asthenic. A man of this type of physique is refined, expressed in elongated proportions. Asthenic has narrow shoulders, and growth is mostly above average. Fat deposits in the endomorph can hardly exist, as well as musculature, because muscle tissue is poorly developed. It is very difficult for them to pump muscles. But these men have a slender figure, and they do not fear excess fat. Ectomorphs are easy to maintain harmony.

As psychologists note, such people are usually self-contained and very vulnerable. They are not subject to stress, they are completely unaffected by the problems of surrounding people, but they have outbreaks of aggression. Often such men are immersed in themselves and penetrate into their inner world very difficult.

Endomorphs

This type of physique men are also called picnic. Its representatives have a massive figure, have short limbs and a neck. Often they are called squat. Weight gain they are very easy, so among the endomorphs a lot of fat people. With a well developed muscular tissue, such men are able to maintain a good physical shape. But at the same time it is easy to lose it, because it is easy to gain weight.

Psychologically, they are strongly prone to stress, sentimental and non-conflict. Being very benevolent, such men are able to attract people to their carelessness and charm. Asthenic appearance

Such women are characterized by thinness, thin and long neck, flat chest, narrow shoulders, elongated thin limbs, elongated face and thin nose. They are usually higher than average. The asthenic type of women is characterized by poorly developed muscles, so they are not too strong and enduring. But they have sufficient energy, ease, grace and are not inclined to completeness.

Normosthenic appearance

This constitution of the body in women suggests a proportional figure, slender legs, slender waist. They are usually of medium height. These ladies have good coordination, they are fast and cutting. Hypersthenic appearance

Women of such a constitution have broad and heavy bones , large shoulders, chest wide and short, limbs slightly shortened. Growth is below average. In women of the hypersthenic type of constitution, the metabolism proceeds very slowly, so they often have excess weight.
