The cost of the policy is composed of tariffs and special indicators. The coefficients of compulsory motor TPL insurance are legislatively established by the state. Insurance companies can not change them on their own. At the end of 2014, the regulator raised the maximum amount of payments for an auto citizen to 400 thousand rubles. And to ensure that companies do not suffer losses, they increased the tariffs by an average of 50%.

How is the cost calculated

For the owners of cars it is divided by its membership in a physical or legal entity. It has not changed since 2004. For contracts concluded after April 1, 2015, such coefficients of insurance rates of compulsory motor third party liability insurance will be used:

Territorial indicator
