In modern times cocktail B 52 is one of the unique alcoholic beverages, which is memorable not only for its effect, but also for the cooking process. In this case, it is often prepared in the presence of the one who intends to use it, which creates, so-called, an additional effect. But it differs in that, after a short time, people think soberly and can try other drinks.

To date, there are several assumptions about who he was invented. Many argue that in one of the bars in Malibu it was named after the American bomber - Boeing B-12. According to another version of the cocktail B 52 received the name in a bar in Calgary, and on the third - it was invented by an American pilot during the Second World War.

But the preference is given to the first version, since since 1995 the US Air Force was equipped with a bomber designed to transport nuclear bombs, at the same time, this interesting cocktail appeared. In addition, if you look at a ready-made drink, an association arises with the explosion of this very nuclear bomb.

Cocktail B 52 has the following composition : coffee, cream and orange liqueurs. Let us consider in more detail how it is prepared.

For this, one by one, in order not to mix, pour in the following liqueurs in equal parts (for example, twenty grams each): coffee liqueur Kahlua, cream liqueur Baileys and orange liqueur Cointreau.

To achieve smooth, not torn, layers, you must first pour the liqueur coffee. Next, using a spoon, on the back side of it, carefully pour in Baileys and only then in the same way - Cointreau. As a result, there must be three even, clear layers.

It can be noted that bartenders use a knife instead of a spoon. Leaning him against the edge of the glass, carefully poured the beverages along the edge. But this method is rather complicated and only professionals can do.

Often the layers of the cocktail are replaced with other alcoholic beverages. For example, the middle layer is replaced with tequila or the upper layer is replaced by absinthe. Some liquors burn badly, so if the top layer consists of this kind of liquid, then a small amount of rum is poured on top of it to form a thin film that can easily be set on fire.

The cocktail B 52 prepared in this way must be set on fire in order to get the bend effect, but remember that it should burn no more than a minute, so as not to spoil its unique taste. At the same time, a cocktail tube is quickly inserted into the glass so that it does not have time to melt, and quickly drink the drink while it is burning. As a result of this way of drinking alcohol, its taste becomes quite interesting and unusual. At the same time they start to drink it from the bottom of the glass, where it is sweet and cold, gradually the cocktail becomes somewhat warmer, and then completely hot, which provides the drink with uniqueness, and the person who uses it acquires new unusual sensations. But there is another way to use it: you have to slap the palm over the glass to extinguish the fire, cool the edge of the stack with lime, and drink the drink in one gulp.

Also, this interesting alcoholic beverage can be mixed and added to it ice cubes. But in this case there will be no such effect. However, despite the way this alcohol is consumed, a person not only gets drunk quickly enough, but also quickly returns to the old form.

It should be recalled that the ratio of parts of liqueurs must be calculated so that the glass is completely filled, in this case the glass will not overheat and there will not be such unpleasant consequences as burns.

Thus, the cocktail B 52 is very popular in all the fascinating institutions and bars, in addition, its recipe is included in the list of cocktails MAB (international association of bartenders).
