Cineraria silvery: growing from seeds, care and use in compositions
Varieties
There are two most common varieties of cineraria. Both of them have leaves of unusual color. Cineraria silvery-snowy - a low herbaceous plant, perennial, which will attract attention to the lawn or flower bed from early April to the onset of cold weather. It is decorated with large open spaces, for example, lawns, also this flower can be seen in vases, on flower beds, the silvery color of the leaves beautifully frames the borders. Cineraria of this species require sufficient lighting and nutritious soil for growth and full flowering. Cynderia of the sea is also grown for the sake of a beautiful fishnet pattern that creates its foliage. This unpretentious grass is used in landscape design, like the previous grade, has similar requirements. It is often called silver cineraria, growing it from seeds does not require any complicated conditions. Planting of seeds can begin in the beginning of spring (in the conditions of the greenhouse), and in April the grown up seedlings are already placed in the open ground. Due to the fact that cineraria does not tolerate cold, it is often used as an annual ornament of the lawn. But in a warmer climate the plant easily hibernates. But not only heat requires growing silvery cineraria, growing out of seeds also includes picking a plant. It can be done after the appearance of the first 2 - 4 silver-green leaves. Do not forget that this herb should be fed with minerals.
