Children's poet Vladimir Hlynov

Children's poetry is a difficult genre for poets, but kids love it very much. The thing is that the great predecessor poets have placed the bar very high in this genre. Who does not know "Humpbacked Horse" or "Tale of a Fisherman and a Fish"? Our article tells about the present poet, our contemporary, who writes fascinating poetic fairy tales for children.

On the formation of the children's poet

Vladimir Hlynov was born on November 16, 1958 in the town of Zheleznodorozhny near Moscow. He fell in love with Russian poetry since childhood, he also started composing and rhyming as a child. Later he will say: "A poet is not a profession, it is a person's condition". Love for the artistic word was instilled by his parents, who adored the poetry of Pushkin and Nekrasov. His first fairy tale "Mishka Tishka" he composed, studying in the fifth grade.

Although the poet Vladimir Hlynov wrote poems regularly since 1974, but first published his fairy tale only in the mid-90s, when he worked at the Moscow shoe factory "Paris Commune". The newspaper of this enterprise, called "Kommunar", helped him to publish "Mishka Tishku" for the first time.

Plant workers liked the creation of the poet. And the image of the main character fell in love with children. With the light hand of Khlynov there were different stories and cartoons with this hero.

His books have long become bestsellers, they are willingly published by publishers. From the pen of his poetic tales, fond of little readers, came out:

  • "Ah yes shchi!".
  • "Long live dumplings!"

Today Vladimir Hlynov is a popular poet, a participant of the poetic club "Zakharovsky Parnas", he often performs with his works in kindergartens and schools. In communicating with his young readers, he follows the advice of Korney Chukovsky: talk with them, as with adults. Even small children are often interested in things that are serious: they grow up and often want to find out whether they are doing the right thing in life.

He, together with his colleagues in the club, made many efforts to organize children's poetry conferences in the Pushkin places, the estates of Zakharovo and Vyazemy.

It is noteworthy that the sponsorship in support of the literary club was provided by the company where he once worked - the Paris Commune. But before the factory workers the poet does not remain in debt. Their children also participate in visiting Pushkin places.
