Chicken pancakes with yogurt and cheese

The second dishes are presented in almost all the cuisines of the world. They must be present at any dinner, because only then it will be possible to say boldly that this was a full and complete meal. For the preparation of second courses, different types of meat are often used. Pork, veal and chicken are the most common of them. Also for the creation of the second dishes, different fish, vegetables and a lot of other products are used. However, most often we cook from chicken. I want to say that due to the relatively low cost of ingredients, the recipes of the second chicken dishes are becoming more popular. After all, it can be cooked as the simplest dishes, and more refined for a festive table. In addition, chicken meat has become popular and the fact that it is very tender, low-fat and diet. Consider how to prepare a fairly tasty chicken pancakes on yogurt with hard cheese. This dish will be able to win the hearts of both men and children.

For its preparation we need the following products:

  • Two chicken fillets of medium size, weighing about half a kilogram;
  • One hundred grams of any hard cheese, I would advise you to take the one that melts best;
  • Two chicken eggs. If desired, they can be replaced with quail, then it will take four pieces;
  • One hundred grams of fresh kefir;
  • One hundred gram of sifted wheat flour;
  • Greens (green onions, dill, parsley) to taste;
  • Salt and spices to your taste.

Now we start to cook chicken pancakes.

So, chicken fillet thoroughly washed, cleaned from films and cut into small cubes up to one centimeter. It should be borne in mind that the smaller the cut meat, the more delicious. Then rub the crushed chicken fillet with hard cheese on a grater with large holes. Also, the cheese can be cut into small cubes, as well as meat, but I like my grudged people more. Now drive the eggs, pour kefir, pour out the flour, salt, add the favorite spices and mix the dough, which in consistence will look like a dough for pancakes. From spices I prefer black ground pepper or a mixture of peppers, but you can take those that you prefer.

It is recommended to leave the prepared mixture for an hour or two in the refrigerator. During this time, the meat is soaked with all the juices, spices and becomes more fragrant, but you can fry chicken fritters in principle and immediately, the taste will not be worse.

Now go directly to the frying. To do this, well, we heat the frying pan with vegetable oil, spread the mixture on it with a spoon and fry on medium heat until golden crust on one side, and then turn it over to the other. Make sure that the fire is not strong, as in this case the chicken fritters will brighten quickly, but in the middle they will be moist.

Now put the ready chicken pancakes on a plate and decorate them with greens. They are best served by the table, while hot. Garnish is perfect for stewed or baked vegetables. However, I love them and cold, I just put on a sandwich instead of sausage, which, you see, is much more useful.
