Chicken pancakes with yogurt and cheese
The second dishes are presented in almost all the cuisines of the world. They must be present at any dinner, because only then it will be possible to say boldly that this was a full and complete meal. For the preparation of second courses, different types of meat are often used. Pork, veal and chicken are the most common of them. Also for the creation of the second dishes, different fish, vegetables and a lot of other products are used.
For its preparation we need the following products:
- Two chicken fillets of medium size, weighing about half a kilogram;
- One hundred grams of any hard cheese, I would advise you to take the one that melts best;
- Two chicken eggs. If desired, they can be replaced with quail, then it will take four pieces;
- One hundred grams of fresh kefir;
- One hundred gram of sifted wheat flour;
- Greens (green onions, dill, parsley) to taste;
- Salt and spices to your taste.
Now we start to cook chicken pancakes.
It is recommended to leave the prepared mixture for an hour or two in the refrigerator. During this time, the meat is soaked with all the juices, spices and becomes more fragrant, but you can fry chicken fritters in principle and immediately, the taste will not be worse.
Now go directly to the frying.
Now put the ready chicken pancakes on a plate and decorate them with greens. They are best served by the table, while hot. Garnish is perfect for stewed or baked vegetables. However, I love them and cold, I just put on a sandwich instead of sausage, which, you see, is much more useful.
