Cheese with fruit is a great combination!

Many of us are sure that a good day starts with a great breakfast. And most importantly, it should be fast, simple, useful and, of course, very tasty! Cheese with fruit in this regard is an ideal mix. And from the point of view of dietetics, and from the point of view of the finest flavor and fine taste qualities. The combination of cheese and fruit is beneficial for the body, since the assimilation of proteins of the fermented milk product in this composition is faster. Therefore, the energy necessary for a successful working day or study, will soon be added. But cheese and fruit can be cooked in different ways (by the way, not only for breakfast, but also as an excellent dessert for dinner, for example). Well, let's start: let's start cooking?

Sandwiches are our everything!

Who does not like to be pampered with sandwiches? And if these sandwiches can be served as an independent dessert, it is generally delicious. Rather, it will not even be sandwiches, but sandwiches with a very delicious filling inside. Firstly, it will be strawberry + chocolate + French brie cheese . Secondly, a pear stewed in brown sugar is also along with brie. And believe me: it will be very tasty - just lick your fingers. In addition, cheese with fruit is prepared very quickly - at a time, two, three!

A little bit about brie

This authentic delicacy was adored by the French aristocracy and royal people beginning almost from the 8th century. This delicacy was presented as an expensive gift to the court maid of honor, made to order for the first persons of the country. French brie cheese is a soft product that is made from cow's milk. Its name comes from the province, located near to Paris itself: there it was first made. A fragrant, tender cheese is prestigious and famous. Today, brie is made in the countries of the European Union, Australia, the States, but the main producer of this product is traditionally France. This product is saturated with proteins, minerals, other uses. It practically does not have lactose, however it retains other components of milk that are nutritious to the body. For this reason, brie is ideal for all those with lactose intolerance. Bacteria contained in it, help the digestive tract, prevent caries. And the noble mold of the product is enriched with original substances that can protect the skin from burns in the sun, minimizing the risk of skin inflammation and melanoma. Here is such a useful product! Well, we will produce cheese with fruits (morning sandwiches) in parallel: two types at once.

Pear with cheese? Original and delicious!

  1. Let's start with a pear. We need a little - a couple of fruits. Cut slices. The main thing is to not get bones: therefore we remove unnecessary. Slices should not be very thin, otherwise they just fall apart.
  2. Now we need to make caramel. We use for this purpose cane sugar (brown). In it, preheating in a container on low heat, add the prepared pear. Also add a little lemon juice. We need a light citrus aroma: just cut off half a lemon and squeeze it a little. For more aroma, you can add a little more zest. By the way, we will not need it in a sandwich, so you can cut it as you please.
  3. Next - everything needs to be mixed in a container for impregnation. Our pear is soft enough and juicy, so we will not keep it in sugar for long. But if you've got a pear of hard varieties, then it's worth a little longer to stamper it in a saucepan, while the sugar is still melting.

Strawberry and chocolate: simply delicious!

  1. Let's continue with the strawberries. We have it large enough, and it should be cut well. We cut into slices, so that they fit into our sandwich. If you have a small strawberry, then just cut it in half.
  2. We remove all unnecessary, so that the sandwich maker gets all the juiciest.
  3. We check how the pear is there. The sugar has already parted, you have to stop it a little bit - and everything will be ready! Lemon emphasizes the aroma of pear and brown sugar. It turns out just great.
  4. Everything is almost ready, and you can remove dishes from the fire with caramelized slices of fruit. Do not be afraid if the sugar has not dissolved completely. When you bake everything in a sandwich, it will finally dissolve.

And now - cheese!

Bree we cut into thin slices. It will be quite difficult, because it is very sticky: you need to do it carefully. Why is it recommended to use this particular cheese? Because it is very well combined with both strawberries and pears. In general, in desserts it is often used, for example, cheese with fruits and nuts (this dish can also be prepared: take a handful of various sweet dried fruits - dates, prunes, dried apricots - and mix with cheese cubes).

Roast sandwiches

Now you can start preparing the sandwiches themselves (for each two pieces of bread: top and bottom). It will take a long loaf of threaded, already slightly melted butter. We spread it on bread on one side and put it in a frying pan. We put on a small fire so that the bread does not burn, and while we spread the second pieces: we will turn the sandwich, so we need to spread them both. After you can put the stuffing. We put cheese, strawberries and chocolate on top (enough even a few lobules). The second version of the filling: cheese and pear. And from above we close with bread. When the bread is fried on one side, you need to gently turn the sandwich and see what a golden color we got! So it is with the second construction. It is necessary to press the prepared sandwich cover: this is a very important point, since we need the filling inside too was hot. It remains to wait just a minute, and our breakfast is ready.

Cheese with fruit on skewers (canapé)

Another version of the perfect combination, which is suitable for many events: corporate parties, receptions, sweet tables. Of course, there are lots of options. We voice one of the simplest, but very delicious recipes. We need only something: fresh strawberries and French brie cheese. Cooking is simple: we cut the sour milk product into triangles, and the berries - in half. We put on the skew first strawberry, then cheese. We install on a dish. We serve to the table. Such canapés are an excellent snack for wine (white) or for cognacs.
