1. Open the cap by lifting it up.
2. Open the mouthpiece.
3. From the blister, get the capsule, put (no matter which side) into the central chamber.
4. Close the mouthpiece until it clicks.
5. Place the inhaler up with a mouthpiece, press the piercing button all the way to the end, release.
6. Exhale.
7. Taking the mouthpiece into your mouth, inhale deeply and slowly with sufficient force to hear the vibration of the capsule.
8. Breathe continue until completely filled in the lungs.
9. Hold as far as possible the breath, take out the mouthpiece from mouth. Breathe quietly.
