Butter buns

Butter buns with cinnamon

Dilute 10 g of dry yeast in 80 g of warm water with 5 g of sugar. Put in heat for 10 minutes. Melt 120 g of margarine in a pan. Pour a glass of sugar. Allow to cool slightly and pour in the yeast. Warm the milk lightly and pour it into a saucepan. Drive in 4 eggs. Gradually, kneading with a wooden spatula and hands, fall asleep 4 cups of flour. Put the dough into heat and cover with a towel. Buns with sesame and sausage cheese

A packet of yeast is mixed with 5 g of sugar, add a little warm water, mix and put in heat. Pour 350 ml of water in a container, put 40 g of sugar, 4 g of salt, 150 g of butter, beat with a mixer. Grate 200 g of sausage cheese. Mix 400 g of wheat flour and 250 g of corn flour. Add 150 grams of cheese, as well as yeast and half the flour in a container. Whisk the mixer, knead the dough.
