Salicylic acid from acne has a number of useful properties in the fight against skin problems:

Application

Treatment is recommended to produce 1% solution. The agent is applied to a cotton pad and wipes them face. This measure helps prevent the emergence of new formations. The skin should be wiped until you feel a slight tingling sensation. After that, wash your face with water and wipe it with a towel. Before applying salicylic acid, you should clean the area of application (milk, foam or gel), and after treatment-use a moisturizer.

Frequent use of this medication can cause itching. To avoid this trouble, it is recommended to check the level of skin sensitivity before using the solution. To do this, moisten the cotton swab with a solution of salicylic acid and pass it by the ear. If the irritation does not appear after 4 hours, the remedy can be used.

Contraindications for use

• It is not recommended to use salicylic acid with strongly flaky skin. In this case, it is better to replace the alcohol solution with a special alcohol. Skin peeling is a bad sign, because acne can become more active with more strength. Many may regard this as an update of skin cells, but this is far from being the case. Using the tool further, you can get a burn. If the alcohol solution does not bring positive results, mean salicylic acid - not your remedy. Refuse to use it.
• If you are the owner of dry skin, it is better not to use salicylic acid at all, so as not to cause irreparable harm to your face.
