Legislation prescribes institutions conducting educational activities to have a special document-license. It is issued by competent executive structures after the examination.

When do you need a document?

Subjects

The federal body authorized to issue licenses is Rosobrnadzor. This authority provides permissive documents to the following persons:

  1. Organizations that conduct training on the programs in / about.
  2. Federal vocational education institutions that provide training in defense-related disciplines in the areas of defense industry, internal affairs, security, national guard, communications, transport, science-intensive production, nuclear power engineering in the specialties listed in Government Decree No. 437.
