Eugene Prigozhin, whose biography is not devoid of dark spots, is a native of the "northern" capital. He was born in 1961. His father worked as a mining engineer. He studied at the boarding school of the Olympic Reserve.

In his youth Yevgeny Prigozhin was fond of skiing. The young man got a job as a tutor in the Youth Theater of the Krasnogvardeysky district of the city on the Neva. Then he entered the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Institute. But, as already stressed, the biography of a young athlete can not be considered impeccable. In his younger years, he had problems with the law. Yevgeny Prigozhin was convicted for theft (admittedly, conditionally). The first steps in business

Prigozhin Eugene Viktorovich started his entrepreneurial activity by opening several supermarkets around the clock. A few years later, the beginning businessman became the owner of the bar-restaurant "Wine Club" on Vasilievsky Island. However, he soon realized that without an experienced wine drink expert, the case would not be profitable.

He found such a man. Then fate brings him to the Englishman Tony Gir, who throws him the idea of opening another catering establishment - a bar where visitors could eat sausages and drink fresh beer. As a result, the "Old Customs" appeared.

Business started to flourish

In 1995, Prigogine Eugene Viktorovich established the company Concord, which will later organize banquets in the Kremlin and become the leader of catering services. Its structure will include such famous catering establishments as: "Russian Empire", "Blindonalts", "Old Customs", "Gloss".

Prigogine's revenues gradually grew, and in 1997 he invested in a restaurant on the ship "New Island". Of course, when the institution was working, there was no enduring visitors: everyone wanted to have dinner, admiring the beauty of the Northern Palmyra.

Soon high-ranking guests came here: Sergei Stepashin and Michel Camdessus. They liked the dishes to taste.

Winning the tender

When the Northern Capital was to be executed for three hundred years, the question arose of who would be involved in servicing the presidential parties in honor of the celebration of the memorable date. And in the tender won the "Concorde", whose leader has made an early effort to not stay away. In the future, he repeatedly organized a kitchen for members of the government, royalty, presidents of different countries. Well, to the inhabitants of North Palmyra, he proposed a network of "people's" catering establishments, which were favorably priced at affordable prices. Among them is the famous "Blindonalts" in St. Petersburg.

In 2003, Yevgeny Prigozhin ("Concorde") became the author of a book for schoolchildren called "Indraguziki". He does not consider it shameful to work as a waiter or concoct some spicy food in the kitchen.

In the spring of 2008 a restaurant "SPb" was opened in the Russian capital. This catering establishment has become a favorite holiday destination for residents of North Palmira, who come on business to Moscow.

Regalia

The work of a well-known restaurateur was noted by representatives of the political elite. He received the medal "In memory of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg", the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland I and II degree", thanks from the head of the Russian government. And its owner is the wife of Yevgeny Prigozhin. Restaurateur rejects his involvement in the incident. Also, the businessman is accused of the fact that the food prepared by Concorde for students reduced the appetite of schoolchildren. And here the businessman does not see his guilt, referring to what he is preparing for both children and adults alike: they say, no one has ever complained about the poor quality of food.

Anyway, the businessman does not intend to abandon his grandiose plans. He intends to build even more catering establishments, which should appear in many regions.
