Animals and plants of the river Ob - we study native land

Constantly at school pupils are puzzled by the question "What plants and animals do you know about the Ob river?".

In this pond there has always been a bream and until now it has not given up its positions. The stream is rich in various carp fish species. In it there is a chub, a bleak, a dace, an ide and a asp. Downstream you can find rudd and roach. Fishermen like to sit on the shore with a fishing rod, where they catch a minnow, a chub and a Chekhov. The animals and plants of the Ob River differ in species diversity. Here you can also "collide" with sturgeon sterlet. Unfortunately, every year it is getting smaller. The Ob is rich in perches, in its waters one can find a ruff, a perch and even a pike perch. In the river there is such predatory fish as pike, but most of all it contains bream and roach. Plants and animals of the Ob River are a very extensive topic, one should study it well.

Floodplain

In the floodplain of the river, on both sides of the riverbed, you can find swamps, hollows and ramparts. The smallest tributaries of the Ob are often simply unable to carry their water area to the river itself, and they remain in the floodplain. It happens that the water of small tributaries can get lost in the karst cavities. Some floodplains that adjoin the terrace, are moistened best, and therefore there are many swamps, often small rivers flow. They are busy with alder and willow. Such grass, like sedge, loves moisture, and therefore grows well in floodplains. In addition to her, there are a lot of cancer necks, pikes and calves. On the highest part of the territory, the Ob accumulates transportable deposits. It is on them that the willow grows, the grassy tall scribe, the very pretty meadow cornflower and the bedrock. The animals and plants of the Ob River completely feel perfectly in local climatic conditions, therefore the populations of many species are very extensive.

The main vegetation of the floodplain

The grass in the central parts of the floodplain is particularly rich, and this is all due to the humus from the chernozem brought by the river. Most herbs here are grassy, and the meadow spot is the place of honor . In addition to it, the river Dorin is rich in a foxtail, fescue grass and white grass. It can be covered with a carpet of clover, here you can find horse sorrel, and where there is more moisture, it is more common and cowboy, which is replaced by a weed.

central part

The animals and plants of the Ob river in the central part have many features. This area occupies a huge area, and the local meadows are very productive. It is possible to say with skill that these are the best meadows of the country. They are located in the southeast of the Moscow region. Each season they are pumped about 100 centners of fragrant grasses.

Near the small village of Luzhki, on the left bank, relic flora grows, where there are about 50 plants growing exclusively in the south of the country. These places are rich in the best tulips, tonkonom and fescue. Here is a mighty boron. Under his protection, steppe plants are rampant. They say that the seeds of these plants brought Oka waters to these places.

Keeping the animals and plants of the Ob river in the left coast district, they created a reserve in which swamps are found. There is a cranberry, which is amazing, because it grows much to the north. High sandy beaches are adorned with slender pines and juniper bushes. Often there is even a white lichen.

In wet areas, birches and aspens grow, there are large thickets of bird cherry and alder. In the spring, during their flowering, the air here is filled with an unusual aroma.

Animal world

The animal world on the Ob is also very rich and diverse. Here you can meet rabbits, foxes and moose. Zubrovs are kept in special pens, and beavers are built on the rivers.

Every pupil living and studying at a Russian school should know about the main plants and animals of the Ob River. 4 th grade of the school is a separate topic dedicated to this issue.
