Aloe from acne - an ambulance for problem skin

How many people can boast of absolutely clean, flawlessly smooth and even skin without the slightest flaw? Hardly. But pots with a green and prickly plant called aloe stand almost on each window sill. Ask, what's the connection? The most direct, because aloe - a medicinal plant that helps not only with the common cold. Look at how much expensive cosmetic products that contain (if you believe the inscriptions on the package) an aloe extract are produced . Basically, these are face creams that are designed to moisturize the skin and prevent the appearance of acne, blackheads and other "evil spirits" on it. But does it make sense to purchase a cream for fabulous money that can absolutely not suit you, when on your window a whole tree (or even not one) grows absolutely free of that most valuable ingredient that manufacturers of cosmetics so lovingly add to their chemistry?

Why not try to make make-up from aloe from acne yourself? It is not so difficult. All you need is to prepare the plant leaves, from which you can later make masks or lotions. If you decide on this step, then tear off a few lower leaves of aloe, wash them in boiled water, dry, place in an opaque bag and put it on the refrigerator for two weeks. This time is quite enough for the formation in the leaves of biological stimulants, which have such a beneficial effect on the skin of the face. A little bit of advice: before you rip off the leaves, do not water the plant for two weeks. During this time, it will accumulate the maximum concentration of the most useful substances.

When the aloe "lain" in the refrigerator, you can start making medicinal cosmetics. Here's the recipe for the simplest lotion: cut the leaves finely and squeeze the juice from them, which one or two times a day and wipe the skin. Aloe juice for the face is very useful, because it perfectly moisturizes, refreshes and soothes the skin, and also acts as a good antiseptic. You'll see: very soon you just do not recognize yourself in the mirror. In truth, nature itself cares about your beauty (and not at all a chemical plant that claims to be a cosmetic factory).

Also help to cope with pimples here is a recipe for face masks with aloe and honey: rub a tablespoon of leaves of the plant and add to it two tablespoons of warmed honey. This mixture of fingers put on a clean, washed face (you can also on the neck and décolleté), soak 15 minutes and rinse. This mascot is suitable for any type of skin and can not only defeat acne, but also improve the complexion and even have a smoothing effect.

You can prepare a special ointment containing not only the juice of aloe from acne, but also several other components available. This compound is applied point-by-point, on each pimple, and left at night, and in the morning it is perfectly washed off with a little cool water and soap. So, you need a streptocide (20 tablets), which you need to grind into powder. Cut a piece of aloe leaf and mix the juice with this powder to get a thick enough mixture. Here we add 3-4 drops of iodine and mix everything well. Of course, freshly prepared mixtures should not be stored for too long, so if there's anything left, put it in a small clean jar (you can get it from under the cream), tighten it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. Try to use the mixture as quickly as possible.

You can also try this mask with aloe from acne: two leaves of the plant grate on a fine grater, better plastic; In the coffee grinder make oat flakes. Mix the ingredients until you get a consistency of thick sour cream. Cotton swab or a clean brush, apply the mixture on your face, walk with it for 15 minutes, and then wash with cool water. With enough strong inflammation, this mask should be done 1-2 times a week. If they are not so significant, then once in ten days will be enough. This mask with aloe from acne can be done regularly, as it is not addictive.
