Martin Cove, an American film and television actor, has gained wide popularity thanks to the character of John Crisis, the negative character in the movie "Kid Karate." "The boy-karate"

One of the most notable roles played by Martin Cove is the character of John Crisis, the head of the martial arts school. To him comes the training, Daniel, a young ambitious man. Having met with the pretty Eli Mills, he comes into conflict with her ex-boyfriend Johnny, who does karate and also attends the John Crisis school.

Johnny, with the support of his friends, brutally beaten Daniel, and he seeks protection from a nearby martial arts master, the Japanese Miyagi. The guy counts that Sensei will teach him the techniques of karate and other martial arts. However, the Japanese, instead of training, loads Daniel in the house, forcing him to paint the fence, wash the car, sweep the yard. The astonished student does not even think that hard work is part of training. Later, the lessons of the Japanese will be useful to Daniel.

Having gained experience, the pupil of Miyagi deals with his enemies and in fact questions the quality of martial arts training in the Kriz school. Rumors about fictitious occupations instantly scatter around the district. Enraged, John Crisis vowed revenge on rival factions. He meets up with his old friend named Terry, and they make plans about how to punish Daniel and Miyagi.

Another notable role in the career of Martin Cove became the character of the police detective Viktor Isbeki. The series "Cagney and Lacy" gave the actor an opportunity to show his abilities to the fullest.

A multi-part film shot in the genre of a dramatic police procedure narrates about two women working in the department for the disclosure of particularly serious crimes, Victor's colleagues.
