Yegor Radov achieved great success in poetry, but he could not become a happy man

Yegor Radov is a unique person, he was the only one in the country to succeed in the field of postmodern and psychedelic prose. Why did he choose this way for himself? Did it help him to become famous for his kinship ties?

From his birth he was to become a poet

Yegor Radov was born on February 28, 1962 in the city of Moscow. From birth, he was noticeably different from his peers: he was always soft, calm and delicate. At a time when other boys were running around in puddles, playing war games and shooting slingshots, he looked out the window, dreaming of something great and beautiful.

Since childhood, he was attached to the love of books, first viewed pictures, then read the famous stories and works of Russian authors. In his school years, he was already fond of foreign poetry. This hobby was passed on from the parents: the teenager grew up in the family of the modern publicist Radov and the great poetess Kazakova.

The first successes in the literary field

From the age of three Yegor Radov was an absolutely independent boy. Parents dreamed that their son lived in abundance, and most of the time spent on the robot. The boy at such an early age could already warm his breakfast, make a bed and change clothes. Parents were not afraid to leave the child at home, knowing that they have a very responsible and calm man growing up. Independence was preserved by the boy and at the time when he created his first humorous story and published it in several modern journals without parental assistance. At the time, the young writer was barely 15 years old.

At the age of 17, Radov graduated from high school with honors, and before him was the choice of the future profession. The young man presented his novella to the Admissions Committee of the Gorky Literary Institute and a few weeks later was enrolled in the Faculty of Contemporary Poetry. In 1985 he got a job as an essayist. His articles were repeatedly published in the magazine "New World", "In the World of Books" and "Gilea." However, all this activity did not bring the poet emotional pleasure.

Most popular works

At the age of 30 there is a turning point in the life of a modern writer. He begins to understand that he is wasting his time and is not fully engaged in the fact that he does well. A few years from now, the country will finally find out who Yegor Radov is. The books of the writer begin to gain popularity among readers.

In 1992, his very first serious work, "Snakeos", was released. The author thought for a long time what his first novel would come out, and stopped at the most complicated genre - humorous fiction. Thanks to him, the whole world managed to find out who Yegor Radov is. "Snakeos" was released in several languages, it was sold in Russia, England, Finland, Germany and France.

The author receives his first fee, this money is enough for him to move to live in Candolim. There Yegor Radov recruited a great literary experience from his senior mentors and began to work in the postmodern and then psychedelic literature. A few years later new works appeared in his collection: "Art is a buzz", "Diary of a clone", "Essence" and "Stories about everything"

The first defeat in his personal life

In the early 80s, the female half of humanity loved stylish, intelligent and romantic guys. This was Yegor Radov. The writer composed poems for charming ladies, sang songs under the windows and perfectly told humorous stories of his own composition. In addition, he was always gallant and charming.

In 1981 he met on his way the first love. The companion of his life was Anna Gerasimova - at that time a famous poetess, translator and rock musician. Couples were so captivated by feelings that they quickly decided to marry, despite the fact that most of the relatives were against this love affair.

The marriage lasted about five years and disintegrated immediately after Radov returned from the army. The young writer tried several times to build new relationships, but everywhere he was disappointed. More the author has never sought to become a family man, giving himself poetry.

Sad news

On February 5, 2009 the whole world heard the sad news - the famous poet Yegor Radov died in Candolim. His body was transported to his homeland and buried in Moscow next to close relatives. At the funeral, crowds of admirers of the literary genius came, in their hands there were portraits of an idol, and from the mouth sounded memorized phrases from favorite stories.
