Without a magnifying glass you can not do it: the artist creates amazingly detailed city landscapes in miniature
To view the masterpieces of this artist, you need to look at them incredibly close, or better still take a magnifying glass. It's hard to believe, but each of these miniature creations Joshua Smith creates from a huge number of even smaller details. The Australian certainly has a unique talent. His latest project shows familiar city life in a surprisingly microscopic form.
City in miniature
Most of his recent work, "Temple Street" modeled on the basis of a real-life apartment building, which is located in the city of Kowloon (Hong Kong).
Master does not miss the slightest detail of urban construction. To recreate them in miniature, he uses cardboard, fibreboard and paints. As well as in reality, on the elements of his creations there are graffiti, advertisements and other touches that look quite natural.
Joshua Smith himself said that he would like, that with the help of his works it would be possible to fool spectators. Indeed, if you take pictures under natural light, you will not immediately be able to determine that these buildings are not really intended for people living.
It should be noted that in addition to residential buildings, the artist performed models of shops and even garbage containers.
