If it was formed in the thick or small intestine, the pain is localized, mainly in the lower abdomen, characterized as a dull spastic. It is accompanied by a delay in defecation, while the urge for it remains intact. Non-treated obstruction causes general weakness, dizziness, nausea, fever and vomiting by calves.

Appendicitis is another reason that causes pain in men. The bottom of the abdomen, note, in this case starts to hurt not immediately. The first symptoms are painful sensations in the navel area, which, amplified, drop lower and are accompanied by fever and a single vomiting.
