Actualization is an action that has a focus on the adaptation of a particular object to the conditions in a given situation. This concept finds its importance in various sciences.

Different aspects of the essence of the update

Thus, when considering subjectively idealistic teaching, absolutization is the principle of a certain activity with the identification of reality and the activity of the subject. When considering from the standpoint of the methodology of science, actualization is a comparative-historical method, on the basis of which modern processes are studied and it becomes possible to study them from the standpoint of similar previous events. As for hermeneutics, this concept is considered in the form of understanding the text at the level of interpretation, suggesting the definition of textual characteristics in relation to the semantic content of the listener. However, the term under consideration is acquired from the economic position of the state management.

The economic component of the update

The concept was widely used in Ukraine. So, from the second quarter of 2012, "Oschadbank" began the actualization of depositors of the Savings Bank of the former USSR. All investors who have passed the registration in time (before the beginning of 2012) had the opportunity to receive compensation before the end of 2012. The actualization process consisted in the circulation to Oschadbank of a depositor who registered personal compensation books at a strictly defined time. He had to present the necessary documents and, using the methodical help of the bank's employees, formalized the documents for receiving the deposit.

Features of actualization of depositors of the USSR in 2012

Actualization was carried out in this way: a special form was filled in on the bank's website, a message was sent to the separately assigned number. The time of visiting the bank was assigned in accordance with the age category of the depositors. To get money, it was enough to present a passport, a photocopy and a compensation book. In case of impossibility of the depositor to appear personally to the bank, the update is done as follows: this is done by his authorized representative with a power of attorney certified by the notary.

The depositor presented to the bank the necessary documents, by which the employee filled out a special questionnaire for processing the corresponding plastic card. The "National card" was subsequently transferred to the payment. This card has many advantages over plastic cards of a different type. So, with it depositors have the right to open deposits, for which the highest dividend rates (interest) are applied.

That is why actualization is a necessary process of registering depositors of the Savings banks of the former USSR in order to avoid queues.

However, it is necessary to remember those unforeseen situations that may prevent the receipt of these payments on time. For example, the owner of the compensation book has died, so his registration is canceled, and the new owner (heir) needs to register this book anew.
