To social needs is the need for ... What is attributed to social needs?

What are needs? In simple and understandable language, this is an objective need of a person for something that is necessary for him to carry out a full-fledged life. Social needs include the need to express oneself, communicate with other people, be necessary to someone, have friends and comrades. Many things can be listed. But first things first.

On internal sensations

In general, this topic is a favorite among many psychologists and sociologists. She devoted a lot of work. Take, for example, scientists such as Henry Murray or Boris Dodonov. On the basis of their work, many interesting conclusions can be drawn.

For example, the need for autonomy, independence and freedom refers to social needs. It is peculiar for a person to wish to get rid of the framework, if he has any. And many feel it. Another question: do they admit? By the way, this is often due to material and practical interest.

Also, all people are characterized by hedonism. They feel the need for serenity and comfort - material, physical and spiritual. But again, many deny this. Although at the subconscious level they understand that from the desire to get as much blessing from life as possible, they can not escape. But their negation can be understood. After all, when a person can not achieve the desired (in this case, serenity and comfort), then he seeks excuses and convinces himself that he does not need it.

The need for orderliness and organization also applies to social needs. It is difficult for a person to keep harmony in the soul when chaos reigns around him. And many people need to be funded. When a person has a savings of something, he feels pleasant reliability and confidence. Because many like to collect collections or to consider the interest, "dripping" from investment.

Negative

The statement that human life is a continuous positive and joy would be a fraud. Our reality is full of negativity. Which concerns also human needs, however.

The need for aggression refers to social needs. Many will ask: but how? After all, it usually helps to destroy! Yes, but scientists like Freud, Jung, Hartmann, Chris, Lorentz, Morris and Ardry regarded aggression as an innate and inalienable property of each of us. Someone claimed that it was connected with the "instinct of death." Others considered aggression a spontaneous aspiration, as in other vertebrate animals.

So what is the point? The fact that aggression contributes to self-satisfaction, the emergence of a sense of self-superiority and rightness.

Good

But it is not all that bad. To social needs is the need for a person to commit unselfish actions. In the desire to put someone else's interests above others. Maybe someone will argue. But it's worth pondering. Everyone had a sudden, spontaneous desire to help this person. Just. This is it. And everything is natural. After all, after that a person feels noble, compliant, caring and necessary.

Communication

All of the above, of course, in one way or another applies to people around people. But communication is the main topic. Which concerns the others directly.

To social needs is the need for affiliation. That is, in creating a warm and trusting relationship with others. It is important for a person to share their experiences, emotions, thoughts and receive a response.

Also, everyone needs at least occasionally to be in the spotlight to impress and feel valuable. Here there is not even bragging or selfishness, but a desire to raise your authority in your own eyes.

Everyone needs protection and support. No matter how much a person himself defended his interests, he did not retain his face, image, did not prove the correctness of his actions, he will get tired. His hands will fall. He will drown in it. And he needs the support of a loved one, and also his fresh look and advice. Thanks to this, he will succeed in avoiding failures, convictions, shame or the obligation to reckon with others. And this, by the way, is also a necessity. Which affects the inner comfort of the person.

Leadership

To social needs include the desire of a person to feel successful. The personality is valuable when it realizes its own value and usefulness. If a person leads, keeps any process under control, dominates in one or another group of people, directs their behavior by word, convinces of something, he feels knowledgeable and dominant.

This implies the following need, consisting in the need to achieve goals, realize dreams and collect achievements. It was said above: a person is pleased to know that he has something accumulated. With the achievements - the same. A simple example: a man earned himself for an apartment, bought a car, a powerful phone, went to rest to the sea, abroad. He lies on the beach, smiling and thinking: I'm good. He managed to achieve what he wanted. Perhaps he even beat someone and did better. I bought a more expensive car or a better apartment. And he recognized his own importance, asserted himself. A person is very important. Because all of the above is an extra reason to love yourself more. A self-esteem is not only an important psychological characteristic, but also a necessity.

Activities

To social needs is the need for work. After all, this is the only form of self-expression. And it means not only work, but in general everything, to the implementation of which a person makes an effort.

Personality, embodying their own dignity and characteristics, acquires public recognition. And affirms due to this.

Labor is essentially a condition for the maintenance of human life. The activities of the personality and distinguishes it from the animal world. Human activity requires physical and mental expenditure, by applying which it realizes its consciousness.

The work is different. By the nature, effort, intensity, sensations that he brings. Like the individuals themselves. But one thing is to state with certainty: it is needed. A person can lie in front of the TV for a week, two, three, a month, six months. But then he gets tired of it. He will tire of feeling like a useless biological being outside this world. And he wants to do something.

Relaxation

Work is important, but the need for rest also applies to social needs. And there are reasons for this, both spiritual and physiological.

So, the vital activity of the body is determined by the exchange of substances. And its intensity depends on the level of human activity. Heavy work entails great nervous and energy costs. To restore resources and get rid of fatigue, you need to rest.

But! It is important to do this correctly. Passive rest is a dream. A person sleeps, wakes up, goes to work, comes back, sleeps again. Consequence - routine, oppression, lack of desire to do something, because everything is the same. We need to rest so that the pastime brings emotions. Life is created for pleasure! A person should reward and rejoice. Then he will have a desire to carry out his activities, achieve new heights and improve his social status.

Feelings

To all the previously listed needs, it is necessary to include romance, lyrical experiences, joy, sensual impressions and erotic relationships. This is necessary for a person both emotionally and physiologically. Many scientists confirm this fact. Sigmund Freud, for example, said that there is only one sexual deviation. And this is the lack of sex.

Even in this category, you can enter a need for risk and overcoming the danger. On the basis of this, a person has an interest in fighting and manifesting his strength, perseverance, fearlessness and skills. Many just through this suppress their fears and compensate for the failure, which is also important. After all, all of the above leads to pride in yourself.

And of course, a person needs a game. But that's exactly what most people do not have in our time. People have become too serious. They forgot about carelessness, spree, passion, fun, aimless behavior. And this leads all to a congestion in the soul of despondency, oppression and sorrow.

Finally

In conclusion, it is worth to say a few words about some important nuances that were not noted with separate attention. The desire to learn something new, to learn, to seek to understand any information, share knowledge with others, apply skills, create, create, improvise, benefit from the past day - all this and much more directly relates to social needs.

The need for food, shelter, thirst quenching, oxygen is natural. This is something without which no one can live. Therefore, the needs were called natural. But only the social in nature are much more complex.

Well, the topic is not simple, but interesting. And as a conclusion, I would like to say: it is not necessary to limit yourself in any of the above. We have one life. And I would not want to regret anything in the end.
