The smallest cats in the world and their features
Home pets create an atmosphere of coziness and comfort. This is especially true of cats, because they can soothe and relieve stress. People living in cities are not always ready to shelter any animal, because immediately there are questions of a small residential space, allergies to wool, the need to spend time on leaving. However, today there are several types of elegant cats, which do not require a lot of space and special attention from the owners.
The history of the origin of this breed is very unusual. The name itself makes it clear that the homeland of animals is the Singaporean expanses. The smallest cat in the world of this species was first discovered in 1971 by geophysicist Tommy Meadow, who at that time was on the island. He was so delighted with the extraordinary breed that, when he left, he took with him several cats. Arriving home, he, together with his wife, started breeding these cute animals. The smallest cats in the world already in 1976 participated in the exhibition.
Another interesting breed is Munchkin. Cats are slightly larger than Singapore, but their feature is short paws. They are sometimes called "taxes". Animals are peaceful, they are very sociable and affectionate, which is why they will harmoniously enter any family. But it's worth remembering that if necessary, the munchkins can always stand up for themselves.
The breed of balinese is also the smallest cats in the world. They are, of course, much larger than Singapore's, but still of a miniature size. This breed is unusual for elegance, because, in fact, refers to Siamese cats, but with long hair. Cats began to withdraw in the 30-ies from kittens Siamese. Among other things, it must be noted that animals are incredibly sociable, so that they will never leave their master alone. Their voice is soft and pleasant.
