The document is not issued for life, but has a strict duration. To visit the swimming pool, the doctors' examination is valid for six months. After the expiration date, it becomes invalid. This means that you need to repeat it. For children and adults, the requirements for registration are the same. There is a special form of the document. To visit the pool, the form 083 / 4-89 is approved.

During the time of study at the university there can be any unforeseen circumstances that make visiting the classes impossible. In this case, you can take a break. Academic leave is made on the basis of two reasons: deterioration of health status or for family reasons, for example, pregnancy. To confirm the reasons for your absence, you need documents. If a person can not attend classes because of illness, he must apply for a special commission, which in the future will be able to issue a certificate.

The Clinical Expert Commission works from a medical institution in which a student is observed or assigned to a specified university. She must issue a certificate of unfitness of a person to study at the time of illness. The diagnosis itself may not be indicated. In addition to the certificate, a document on incapacity for work and an extract from the medical history are given. Academic leave can be issued at any stage of study, up to graduate school.
