But three stars are given to the institution, for which rich people plan a trip to the country specially. This means that wine, cuisine, service, furnishings and even the account will be on a world-wide, exceptional level. Just so in the three-star Michelin restaurants do not go, you can get there only by recording, which they do in advance - for a month, or even two. So, Gordon Ramsey restaurants got three Michelin stars. How did he achieve this?

The beginning of the way

The Scottish town of Johnston became the place where a new star of gastronomy was born - Gordon Ramsey. His biography began with the endless unsuccessful commercial undertakings of his father, so the move was permanent, and only in 1976 the family managed to settle down in Stratford-on-Avon. Gordon was also unlucky and with the football field chosen in his childhood - football, although everything began more than well. The young man for a long time hoped that this is not forever, but the damaged meniscus usually does not lend itself to treatment and recovery. Despite the sporting hopes, cooking caught him more and more. And, after graduating from college, Gordon Ramsey gets his first job in London. The restaurant, where the future career of the gastronomy began, is quite prestigious, that is, he finally got lucky. This institution rules Marco Pierre White, and was called the restaurant "Harvey" (Harvey's).

French cuisine

In "Harvey" Gordon Ramzi worked for about three years, then decided to study high cuisine and settled in the only three-star restaurant in England - Le Gavroche, at that time one star lacked. There he improved his knowledge of French cuisine in training with the famous hereditary chef Albert Roux.

Now it operates only in England, ten restaurants, six of which - with Michelin stars, as well as three pubs and twelve other restaurants are located outside the UK. Gordon Ramsay Holdings Limited costs about one hundred and sixty-three million dollars, almost seventy percent - the property of Ramsey himself.
