The drug "Niperten" is a selective beta-1 blocker. This means that the drug is designed to treat diseases associated with the heart and blood vessels. The drug "Niperten", the instruction at the beginning explains it, is intended for normalization of the raised pressure, removal of the phenomenon of an arrhythmia, elimination of antianginal action.

The drug is sold in different dosages. You can find on sale cardboard boxes with 3,3,5, .10 blisters, in each of which 10 tablets are placed.

The tablets "Niperten", the instruction indicates this, contain the active substance of bisoprolol fumarate, auxiliary macrogol, titanium dioxide, talc, magnesium stearate, cellulose, some other substances.

How does this drug work? What are its features? The drug "Niperten", the instruction explains, reduces the minute volume of blood, which leads to a decrease in blood pressure. It reduces the number of heartbeats, which leads to a decrease in the need for oxygen. Reducing the current rate of calcium ions, the drug inhibits excitability and reduces the number of myocardial contractions.

The drug "Niperten" instruction recommends taking in the morning before eating. It is in this case that it will be absorbed by the body by 90%. Chew tablets are not recommended. The dosage is selected by the doctor.

Despite the fact that this medicine can be bought without a prescription, it is not recommended to prescribe a drug for oneself. It certainly helps with heart failure, high blood pressure, arrhythmia, for the prevention of angina attacks, but has many contraindications.

Which of these drugs to choose for treatment? The answer to this question can be given exclusively by the attending physician. Despite its similarity, the formulations may differ, for example, with excipients. Even one of them can provoke allergic reactions. In addition, the percentage of identical components may fluctuate, which the doctor takes into account when prescribing the medication. Therefore, it is recommended that any replacement that can be offered at the pharmacy is agreed with the attending physician.
