Teaching and education in the unity of common goals and objectives: the structure of the pedagogical process

The pedagogical process is a complex phenomenon consisting, in essence, of two interrelated and mutually conditioned "halves": the activity of the teacher directed at students and pupils, and the activity of the pupils themselves in mastering the lessons taught by the teachers. The term "lesson" is taken in the broadest interpretation of its meaning.

With regard to means and forms, the structure of a holistic pedagogical process understands the concrete types of work in the lesson with its content, the methodology used by the teacher. It is the forms by which educational activity is organized , and give it a logical completeness.

Thus, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of education and upbringing, it is important for the educator to choose the most relevant tasks at each stage of the teaching and upbringing process, the content corresponding to them, the appropriate types of work and control at the lesson. Only then will the result of his work be positive.
