Tea with ginger and lemon, of course, has advantages not only because of the benefits that its components carry. A unique taste and aroma will make you prepare the drink again and again. Truly - this is what will help to bring comfort in any situation.

Make tea with ginger and lemon is very simple. There is no best recipe for cooking, here you are given a wide scope for flying fantasy. For the most simple tea, you will only need water, ginger, lemon and sugar, but you can add honey, cloves, cinnamon and pieces of fruit to taste. So, let's consider several recipes as an illustrative example.

Classic tea with ginger and lemon

To make one cup of a drink (200 ml) you will need:

  • 20 g fresh ginger root ;
  • A few lobes of lemon;
  • 2 tsp. Sahara;
  • 200 ml of hot water.

To maximize the taste of our drink, grate the fresh root on a fine grater. You can also do with a lemon. For those who prefer a softer taste, it is recommended to cut ginger and lemon in thin slices. Put all the ingredients in a glass, pour boiling water and let it brew for a few minutes. Serve tea with ginger and lemon can be hot or cold. To make the drink even more useful, instead of white, brown sugar is often used or replaced with honey at all. Having conceived tea with ginger, honey and lemon, add honey at the end, when the drink will cool down a little. This will help preserve its useful properties, which it loses at high temperatures.

Green tea with ginger and lemon

It's great if you have a favorite leaf tea. Perhaps, for the preparation of the next drink, many of its varieties will suit, however, an excellent combination with green tea is guaranteed. The process of making a ginger drink almost does not differ from that described in the previous recipe. All you need is to add 1 teaspoon of green tea to a glass of liquid (it is permissible to use flavored or with additives). Filter the drink and start enjoying the deep taste!

How I cook a ginger drink

I admit, I never miss an opportunity to make a drink according to my favorite recipe. This time we will not include leaf tea and lemon, and boiled water will be replaced with hot milk.

Fresh ginger root will be sliced or cut into small pieces. We put the resulting mass in a glass, add a pinch of cloves and fill it with hot milk. To drink more quickly, cover the container with a lid. The final touch is to add honey and cinnamon to taste. Have a nice tea!
