Sturdy noodles with chicken (rice and udon).

Noodles with chicken - this dish, which has eastern roots, is increasingly found on our tables. Such a growing popularity among our compatriots it earned thanks to a relatively fast method of cooking, simple technology and the ability to experiment with additional ingredients, because of what the dish can be tailored to the tastes of gourmets. And what is important, noodles with chicken are not only a delicious main course, but also very satisfying. The most common among our hostesses are udon noodles and rice noodles, cooked with chicken meat.

Rice noodles with chicken.

Ingredients: rice noodles, chicken breasts, eggplant, carrots, red and green sweet peppers, slightly ginger, sesame, soy sauce, vegetable oil, any hot sauce for your taste.

Preparation. Fill rice noodles with boiled hot water (not boiling water) and leave for 4-5 minutes, drain the water and set aside. Perhaps on the packaging with noodles there is another way of preparing it, in this case we prepare according to the instructions on the package.

Chicken breast is washed, dried and cut into strips (if desired, can be diced). We marinade it for 10-15 minutes in soy sauce. We cut small chopped carrots, eggplant, pepper. If you cut chicken cubes, then all the vegetables should also be cut into cubes. Cut the chicken into a hot frying pan and fry it in vegetable (olive) oil, when it gets a little brown, throw the carrots, after a few minutes we send the eggplants into the pan, the last place we put the red and green peppers. Lovers of sharpened, can add a few pieces from the chili pepper. When chicken and vegetables are ready, season with soy sauce, pepper and other sauces and spices as desired.

Chicken with vegetables move to the edge of the frying pan, lay out rice noodles on the free edge and season with sauce, keep on the fire for several minutes and take it out on a plate - on the one hand noodles with another chicken. As an option - noodles with chicken and vegetables can be mixed in a skillet and fed with one mass.

Vegetables included in the dish can be changed according to your desire. And, for example, eggplant substitute mushrooms, add onions and other vegetables.

Udon noodles with chicken

This kind of noodles is very popular in Japan, and it is wheat noodles, which are often served hot, but sometimes used in salads. It does not have a certain type (maybe both tube-shaped and flat-narrow or wide), everything depends on the region.

Ingredients: udon noodles, chicken meat (breast or hams), red and green sweet peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms (champignons), sesame, soy sauce.

Preparation. We take chicken breasts, wash them and cut them into small strips. If you use hams, the meat must be separated from the bones and skins removed, also cut into small strips. Pepper, tomatoes and champignons rinse, cut into strips, cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

In a hot iron frying pan send the chicken and fry it in a small amount of vegetable oil. After the chicken is browned, put pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms to it. Everything is blown up to readiness of all the ingredients. Sprinkle with soy sauce. If you want, add other spices to taste.

Noodles are thrown into boiling water and boiled for 8 minutes, drain the water. Perhaps the packaging will indicate a different method of preparation, then follow the instructions. Ready noodles are sent to a skillet for chicken and vegetables, mixed and stewed for another 5-6 minutes. Add the sesame seeds. We pour out on a plate - noodles with chicken are ready.

This recipe can be easily remade using your favorite vegetables and cook chicken with them. The same goes for spices and sauces. By experimenting you can get completely different tastes of this dish.
