State regulation of entrepreneurial activity. Basic moments

State regulation of entrepreneurial activity is regulated by the Constitution of the Russian Federation. It is in this document that the fixed principle of freedom of the business sector may have certain restrictions on the part of the state with a view to protecting constitutional law, morality, life, security, health, interests and freedoms of others, ensuring defense and state security.

State regulation of entrepreneurial activity is aimed at carrying out the activities of certain bodies on behalf of the state, which is aimed at implementing economic, financial and tax policies. It is also necessary for the purpose of realizing public public interests, and in creating favorable conditions for the functioning of economic entities.

State regulation of entrepreneurial activity performs some tasks. They are as follows:

- to ensure a sufficient level of employment;

- in protecting both health and life of citizens;

- in the protection of the environment;

- to support the activities of entrepreneurship;

- in special events aimed at protecting the rights of the business sector.

Forms of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity are the following main groups:

- Using direct methods, including state control over the activities of the business sector, registration of business entities, taxation, licensing of certain types of activities.

- Using indirect methods that involve the use of economic means to influence economic relations in the business sector by creating certain conditions that have a significant impact on the motivation of the subjects' behavior. The essence of such methods lies in concessional lending, forecasting, planning, granting of tax benefits and municipal (state) order.

The technical regulation of entrepreneurial activity has introduced some changes in the system of standardization and certification of services and products previously operated in Russia. To regulate this regulatory mechanism, the relevant law has come into force on the part of the state. This process covers three areas of relations and is determined from the legal position in the field of the formation and application of mandatory requirements for production processes, as well as assessing the conformity of finished products to certain standards.

State regulation of entrepreneurial activity, carrying out the above tasks and activities, contributes to favorable economic conditions for the functioning of business entities.
