SNiP "Foundations and foundations"

The provisions of the SNiP "Earthworks, foundations and foundations" should be observed when drawing up projects, when carrying out works that are carried out during the erection of new facilities, as well as reconstruction and expansion of existing ones. These rules came into force on July 1, 1988.

SNiP "Foundations and foundations" regulates the production of works, the implementation of which must meet the requirements relating to the organization of the construction process, the conduct of geodetic measurements. Also, safety and fire regulations must be observed at the site. All erected structures must strictly comply with the developed project. The materials and structures used at the construction site, as well as the grounds and foundations used for the erection of the earthworks, the grounds and products must be in strict accordance with the existing standard and technical conditions. Their replacement is possible only with the consent of the project developers and the customer.

SNiP "Foundations and foundations" indicates the need to draw up an act that must be certified by hidden works. The provisions of this document allow the designation of (in the presence of appropriate justifications) the methods of conducting work and solving technical problems, as well as the sizes of maximum deviations, methods and control boundaries that differ from those contained in the normative act.

SNiP "Foundations and foundations" regulates the condition of erecting objects during artificial drainage. For these purposes, the use of drainage, needle-type plants, etc. is recommended. Before starting the earthwork cycle, it is also necessary to provide water disposal. At the same time, existing structures should not be exposed to the danger of destruction. In this regard, in carrying out work on the organization of the reduction and runoff of surface waters, it is necessary to monitor the values of maximum permissible deviations, which are listed in the relevant table of the document.

SNiP "Foundations and foundations" regulates the size of excavations taken in design development. They should ensure the placement of structural elements, as well as the production of mechanized works, produced by:

- pile driving;

- installation of foundation blocks ;

- waterproofing device;

- water loss;

- Drainage, etc.

The size of the hollows should allow the possibility of moving workers in them. There may be a deviation from the dimensions of the notches according to the table that is included in this normative document.

SNiP "Foundations and Foundations" provides guidance on the need to reflect in the design documentation of the mechanical and physical characteristics, as well as the types of those soils that are intended for the embankment, backfilling. The normative act also contains requirements for the layers of land cover used. They must have a certain degree of density. Soils used for filling and embankment can be replaced. This is possible only in consultation with the project organization and the customer of the works.

This SNiP provides for the construction of facilities using hydromechanical works. In this case, preliminary:

- setting the input signals in the pre-cut channels;

- Arrangement of bridges and dams, ditches and water lines, as well as communication lines and supply of electricity;

- installation of signs of fencing, located along the contour of the passage of the suction dredge, etc.

All actions should be visually monitored and registered in a special journal.

When carrying out work on the construction of earthworks, foundations and foundations, the requirements relating to nature protection must be met . These provisions are reflected in the project documentation and comply with the standards of the current legislation.
